Let's "break it down" as they say.

Batman is rich, and his powers are all in the crazy gizmos and gadgets he has. But one thing he has that sipdey doesn't is a IQ of about 100 or something, batmans's got the brains, and that's something every superhero needs, or they will be defeated.

Spidey is acrobat, he leaps, he flips, he kicks, he could be in a freaking circus for crying out loud. Plus, he has the speed, agilty, and the web to beat his foes. but Spidey is no difference from the Bat, he still needs to fill his web filter things(cause it doesn't come directly from his hand ya know) to use the web, and he still needs brain to use it correctly. in terms of brains, all spidey got is an average IQ and spidey sense.(which only helps him detect danger, not fend it.)

So it's a tough say, I would need to auctually see them fight before I can decide.

Lol, u forgot something, spidey has agility, super human agility. He can't just do flip flops he can jump from buildings up buildings, across buildings, stick to walls, has super human strength. And this guy is no dumb super hero, he's one of the cleverest, ni fact probably the cleverest as his iq is 160 (searched in google). Batman is just gadgets and gizmos. if youcompare the level of thieves and normal crooks in spidey's and batman's area spidey would have a lot less. He may be poor but in another domension he's a multi billionaire. So there u have it no contest dude.

No, no...Spidey can't shoot webballs period. :biggrin: It's just the people who made the movie did not make Spidey use cartriges, but instead just made it come naturally from his hand (they messed up the storyline).

Oh and yes, Spidey can take out Batman. Just look at all of Batman's villians, they are just normal people running around and robbing banks and crap. I mean look at the joker, dubya tee eff?!

Spidey fights supervillians, like the Green Goblin, or Venom! Bruce Wayne is smart, but not the smartest, he just went to college to become a professional detective and crime investigator. And with his all his money, he got the equipment to run a one-man job.

No question spider-man is better than batman. Batman has to rely on gadgets and his "utility belt". Spider man has super human strength, agility,web cartriges, and has the spider sense. Too bad batman can't sense someone behind him

Let me try and break this down.

Batman fights in gothom he has many sidekicks which have left him. He is a very rich man so he can probably have lots of weapons made by his own personal group of weaponmakers he has a utility belt but no actual powers. He has no family so no one can be used against him to let his guard down. But he is a real human and he bleeds and gets his strenght from lifting weights...so he can maybe lift like 200lbs maybe. He can hide himself well. But once again all he has is a utility belt...oh and he can lift 200 pounds and has a batmoble which has full armor. I think he has a location radar thing.
