well i've been trying alternate borwsers since IE personally sucks so anyone recommend a fast browser they use or bought i dont care what or how much it is i just want the best browser please post a link for it, a reason why it's the best and of course what it is.

Best browser, a lot of people use this. Go to the site and they will tell you why it's good. It isn't susceptable to spyware like IE is. It has a built in pop-up blocker. :buttrock: |
yep firefox is the best by far, the best features of IE and netscape, but much safer than the both combined and faster, and not a peice of crap like opera.

fire fox has to be the fastest heres the link and it willl tell you how good it really is. with a built in pop up blocker and high speed.

just installed and started using firefox...i will say this
it's faster images (such as WWK's avi doesn't slow down the window) Some of the things i use with IE still freeze up. I don'thave a pop-up problem since i already have norton internet security... when i imported my bookmarks...it was all out of the order i took so much time to make...in a text box..i have to click out of it to scroll. I have to say it's a lil better |
oh changin to firefox was much better to me cause IE sux ass only thing is i needed to get alot of plugins for the firefox which was a little annoying

i acidentely left my flash drive at a friends house today which has my firefox on it (the portable version which can be installed to an external device) and i was getting really pissed at WWK's avatar. and i couldn't even use bg at all.

On a mac OS firefox crashes from time to time, but it's pretty legit for Windows :biggrin:

The best part...tabbed browsing. Try it. Rigth click, open window in new TAB. Then, you can have several pages open in one window. |

I don't use a mac personally. I only use one in the laboratory, where I work/reserch... and it happens to be not that bad. I prefer windows, but when you don't have that, you go with the next best thing or whatever you have available :biggrin:

windows is my preferable system cause mac can be a hassle and a pain but do you guys you mozilla, or netscape, i'm using opera right now do you got a suggestion instead

I use firefox but I use IE when playing SFO cuz it can't go in full screen whwn I play SFO on firefox.

Never heard opf Opera. Anywho, Netscape seemed like a joke (no offense) it didn't compare to IE (in my opinion). Now, it doesn't compare to firefox
