never mind...I meant some DSL's go down...and not hours...I meant weeks...but it's only for a few minutes...it's fast enough
but really a 56k modem can be made as fast as cable if the 56k is a new pc and the cable pc is old anyway...any connection can be made way slow if you have junk on the pc |
you should get Verizon DSL. It is so fast and cheaper than dial-up. :;):

cable isnt an isp cable is a type of connection an isp would be comcast, dsl, aol, etc |
doesnt internet services vary from which area you live in?
and i was wondering if anyone knows if i can get a t1 (1.5megabytes) connection but in britan.the fastest connection there is that i know of is 4megabit which is basically 400kilobytes and i just want a faster one! |

there's no "real" connection messure...they're all fake and say it's low so that you'll pay for their product...then when the test detects that you are using their service it'll say your performance is way high

I have AdelPhia and I love it.. so that'd be my first recommendation.
but I also heard that WOW it good, and Comcast.. I recommend you not to get DSL man.. It blows, get CABLE and make sure you ask them to hook uP an ETHERNET card, before when I had no Ethernet card, it shut down like ever 4 hrs.. for like 20 secs! |
