For all those who wanted a RPG style of streetfighter online. Or begged Tmy to input other capcom hero's such as Jin, megaman. Well here is a game that I never would have thought to be done. Namco and Capcom take all thier charcters and throw them in a blender along with a stradegy game to create Namco X Capcom

of course it's fliping real, everyone has known about it since capcom signed the deal with namco when marve| got gay. the cinema for the opening was done by the Production I.G. team, who made flcl and ghost in a shell from what the site said (didn't know that much) it's a tactics styled rpg game, which relies on a offbeat AP style where you attack in turns of who has the highest ap, and then they use that AP to move and attack. i dunno if thats explained on the site he linked to but i wouldn't be surprised if it was. i just read a bit down and then noticed the screens which i'm still looking at. |

ok i made a personal analysis of the charectors from the movies and the games used that i can find are as follows
street fighter tekken soul calibur vampire saviour (OMG) megaman legends (w00t) the misadventures of tron bonne (double w00t) Captian Commando Strider (hayabusa from genesis not nes) Klonoa Ghouls and Ghosts Xenosaga Rival Schools Resident Evil i'm sure i missed a lot, but i'm too lazy to watch them all over again... |

just in the cover i can tell which games are used !
seems like a good thing thought, two of the best comanies ever created making both awesome fighting games never copyed always having their own fighting styles united to create such a game. could be good, thought ever since CAPCOM made those SNK poop, i doubt any more VS kinda games would be good ! we'll see what it looks like, i do hope it is a 3D anime style kinda game thought... fighting wise anim style games are pretty more fun to play ! |

did i just see that girl in DINO CRISIS teaming up with JILL VALENTINE ! yes i did ! man they truly took every fliping game they made and used every fliping characters ! even captain commando is in there ! the intro movie is good, but i think that other sequences should definitely be the intro not the one they putted in ! i mean come on, the final is just sweet... everyone being down most trying to get up and with their last strengh shoots all at the same time at the last boss to kill it ! |

What gets me is I hate stradegy tatic games but Im love fighting games. Looking at the moves in the fighting are great. They have every person trademark move from Jin's laser combo, to Ryu shinryuken.

well it does have a combo system, but the move that i loved was leilei from vampire saviour teaming with the guys from RE and DC (thanks karma i couldn't remember where i recognized them from) she threw them all some guns which they used and she kept switching there guns out, then it moves over to the enemy and shows it getting hit by all the fire, then it goes back and leilei does a rain of pain on them and they all turn around pissed at her.

effectively... i looked through gamefaqs.com realease list for us and europe it seems that up to 2006 it isn't even scheduled for released !

actually VAMPIRE SAVIORS is the original name of the game, DARKSTALKERS is the US translated name !
can anybody tell me who those two are... - the guy we see with black hair and a pinch white who fights with a sword in one hand and a gun in the other ? - that woman who always is with the man above and fights the same way he do ! i know not many of the chars but i know i reconized a lot of them... the only pones i didn't knew about were the one sin XENO SAGA and two other games i didn't even knew ! heck i was even surprised to have seen that girl from DINO CRISIS i truly thought dino wasn't made by capcom ! |

yea i was just bout to make a topic about this...this game is really tight! it already came out in japan and the video's are out on IGN, but they are deciding whether to put it in AMerica yet because they must get good ratings from japan. lookin at the video i would say it would come out here maybe next year!

lol. Fighting games are nice....this will (likely) be my last RPG game for A WHILE. I last played Grand Theft Auto SA. I really like that game. It's just the missions and side missins...got boring.

well of course she played in marve| vs. capcom 2
but originally she was from mega man legends as some kind of mechanic (i remeber my friend playing it a while back ago). The game looked pretty dumb to me so i really didn't play it. And then a while back (in like 2000-2001, something like that) He came to me with this other retarded game based on her. That's pretty much all I know about this character....figuratively speaking later |
exactely most people don't know anything at all about most of the charectors in the game thus the game will just be stupid and uninteresting for players such as shinatsu.
tron bonne was a pirate after the motherlode treasure that was rumored to be on catalox island. she was a robotic genuis who designed all of the machines for her family. if you don't know that much, or you don't know that darkstalkers was the name only of the american bartardized vampire saviour games then your really not that much of a hardcore capcom or namco fan. this game will only appeal to hardcore fans. being that some of the charectors in the game are from japanese games that never left the islands. becuase many americans will not know who they are, this game might not reach america at all. if it does, then we could hope that those charectors are scrapped and replaced with charectors more familiar to an american audience. |
