right click on your internet explorer icon and go to:
internet properties>delete files>check the delete all offline content box>click ok then clear your cookies out, im sure youll know what to do and stuff when you get to internet properties :O |

You have to click on the X in the corner or done whatever it says to do to close it right, then save it under what ever then on the bottom clik on the little aroow of where you wrote your title of your banner name then under should say bmp or 16 bmp so you ned to chage it to JPG or Gif image and your done.

Did you try consulting a physichian?........ :laugh: j/j try E-mailing TyMAPP he always has a quick fix for stuff like that or a moderator :baaa:

Don't give up just yet, you should e-mail the sfo team because if nothing has worked there is somthing seriously wrong :O
