It's not a rip off if it's straight up called Street Fighter. A rip off would be the movie VALENTINE as it tries to be like Michael Myers from Halloween.

S and D makes it go faster

I wouldn't bother shooting much of them because Sagat will start shooting them back and the fireballs never collide and wipe eachother out.
