I can't seem to log into my HunterHP2 account. After I put my UN and PW, it says authenticating, but it never finishes logging in. I try creating a new name but it doesn't work either. I then try opening the old

now using a d/l version is a bad since ur gonna have trouble 2 log in...

I don't think I'm missing any files since I am able to get into my account with the old version. I got one question, Nobody is able to connect using the downloaded version?

Well.. I connect perfectly with the downloaded version.. Thing is, the authenciation server might have been down when you tried to log in.. or check ur internet connection.. Cause if you're not connected, there's no way it can authenciate. :biggrin:

But the problem is I CAN connect with everything EXCEPT the downloaded version. I can connect with the mirror version, the old xvssf, but not with downloaded sfo

u probadly have to download somthing else.....of that downloading list ..try the small window download..if that doesnt work ..talk to the man Nferno he knows evrything

Ok, I'll talk to Nferno.. But if he is reading this, this is the problem Nferno. I went to http://www.streetfighteronline.com/download.htm and downloaded the latest version. I downloaded everything (All the chars and music). There is something that says, missing DLL file, I downloaded that but it never shows up as something, I downloaded it in the same folder as sfo but like I said, it disappears.

What should I do?

The small screen is what I always use and still it doesn't work.
I try creating a new account and nothing.
I try logging in with the old xvsf and it works.
I try the mirror version and it works.
with the downloaded version, It never stops authenticating (Always on attempting to authenticate... screen)
and that's it.

mAYBE IT IS BEEN BANNED SO MAKE AN NEW ACCOUNT THEN YOU CAN PALY THE GAME AGAIN :D

For once... I might have to agree with shorty-player on this one.. If for any reason on Mars.. *cougH* or on earth :biggrin: you gave your pw to anyone else.. then your account might have been auto terminated.. but since you say you can connect with everything else, I suggest you send an email to TMyApp @ tmyapp@streetfighteronline.com :biggrin:

Explain everything to him.. and be very clear. :biggrin:
He should have everything sorted out for you in due time.

I'm sorry to be rude but I cannot emphasize this any better... let me put it in Caps Lock so you can read better.

I CAN log in to my account with the mirror version
I CAN'T log in with the downloaded version
I CAN'T create a new account with the downloaded version.
I CAN'T authenticate with the downloaded version

Did anyone miss anything?

please read my previous posts and tell me what's wrong with the downloaded version. Is it authenticating to the wrong url or something?

well check the old dl version(xmvsf) folder and look for that file i mention eariler and copy it and paste it to the new folder(sfo one)...if it still doesn't work PM me and i'll tell you step by step on what you might have to do...
