Make a banner? Well you need a paint program where you can edit photos and create new pictures for exg:Adobe Photoshop 6,7, or whatever(note: im not familiar with Photoshop so please excuse me if the numbers are wrong).

i recommend photoshop or paintshop pro, to make tags.

im still in the ditch here :D

Just use an editing program like Adobe Photoshop 6.0 or PSP7. Those are the programs to make banners. Then you upload them to a hosting site like boomspeed or ranchoweb. Then add them to your sig. Not that difficult :D

Don't use the "iB" tags for your banner... you should use html tags like so:

...Of course that's asuming you'll put a ".gif" or ".jpg" or some other tag on the end to "complete" your banner's type.
