Yes he does...him and all the other mods. Why were you planing on breaking the rules?

tmyapp's an admn he can do pretty much anything to your account, i'm not sure about the ikonboard admin controlls but in things like phpbb the admin(s) can ban you, change your rank, post count, signature, all your deatails and your password and i guess they can do it on this as well

if the person isn't a mod then you should probably report him to tmy, and if it was in the game then theres a different sound made when they enter to tell u that there a mod

those people are mods when they enter chat they have a sound just like the vip's. only mods deserve more respect than vip's and vip's cant ban you.

the following people are super admins they can do anything they want to you,because they are the people that make the game.but they rarely ban anyone,usually the mods do that,these people have a very special sound when they enter chat, i think it is "INFINITY" here they are-

LefyFB

all of these people are the only ones who can ban you...

so watch out for them,im sure u don't want to get banned ???
