i just wanna have a banner as kool as the other ppl

tell me what programs u use and i'll see if i can help out. if u dont have any programs to use just the wants u want on it here on i'll make it for u.

i know itz lame but i only use paint :(

u cant do animated banners in paint. u need image ready, animation shop pro, u lead gif animater, jax photoshop or sum other gif animater. here u can goto this site and find the trial version to sum of the programs i just named http://download.com.com/2001-20-0.html?legacy=cnet

i guess i should of told u to download image ready3.0 cause i dont that much about animation shop pro. uninstall psp and download ps and i can help u.

U have to download the Adobe program.......Image Ready 3 comes with it ;)
