well actually if he gave evil ryu to u for free he would have to deal with all of us bcaz we had to ACTUALLY pay to get evil ryu and then after he gave evil ryu to u for free he would be askes by too many people then he would be in over his head so sorry the answer is still and will alwazy be NO :(
