U know sometimes when the game is down it comes up white and doesnt go through well its doing that to me for both web and dled version...shockwave is right and clearing the cache dont help/...
what do i do? |
um.. try the lastest version of shockwave.. If that doesn't work, try re-downloading Shockwave 8.5.. now, you should also try re-downloading the game again..and make sure you put everything right.. thats all the advice I can give to you :biggrin:

i just restart my computer and if that doesnt work like bob said down load newer version of shockwave it should work

I chat with him on aim, I told him to restart his computer and do a couple other things. He sayed

well msi i the same happened to me i try everything , i didn't find a way to fix it . my sister hired some people to fix my computer and that the only i think it can work again the same thing happened to me, but my was gray and some time different color's

Your game does not work? Here is what you do. Do as some one told you download the latest version of Shockwave. If you have it and it still does not work try restarting your computer. If that does not work try re-downloading it. If your game still continues to not work I don't know what to say.

I will say it again, MSI said his game is working now. I contacted him on AIM and I gave him some instructions on what to do.. This topic needs to be close now :biggrin:

my comp wont load it either......i re down loaded shockwave,cleared my cache and restarted at least 5 times
