Is there no way to host a game if your connected to a router?
I need a fix. Please dont say read the FAQ because i read it so many times i could have a go at saying of by heart. So anythin?

No, there's no way to host with a router. Due to the built-in firewall.

Unless if you have some good computer skills, you won't be able to host.. but heh... I suggest you try these steps:

1: go to "options" inside the game
2: click on the "network" tab
3: check "old connection mode for firewalls"
4: check "I am behind a firewall or proxy"
4: try typing in AUTO where it says Local IP

It might not work.. but heh.. its worth a try atleast :biggrin:

um.. it work for my friend when he couldn't host.. so um.. its worth a try. You don't know what the person has to do to solve his/her problem.

buy one connection and buy a router and connect the 3 together

Simply put... you can't host with a router. And for you to sync and play with others, you've gotta click on the old connection mode and I'm behind a firewall bubble in the network tab of the game options.

It might not really suck.. but you can ALWAYS unplug ur router if you believe hosting is the only way for you to win :biggrin:
