i played a game and they were gone !!!

WHY

wat do u mean they were gone or maybe u turned ur perks off

- You might've been in the SFO Tournament server. In that server.. your perks are automatically off.. because, it's an official tournament server.

- Another reason.. you may have turned your perks off during the log-in process. By putting CAPS in certain places, ect. For ex:

You emailed TMyApp with your name like this:

"Hey, TMyApp. I just donated money to become a VIP. Here's my in-game info:

GFx
email - whatever@hotmail.com
password - whatever

The perks would be on "GFx" (c notice the x is small, if you type it big the perks would be off, even if the G was small.. the perks would be off), and any other way you type it.. the perks would be off! So try going back to the log-in screen, and make sure your name is typed right.

- One more reason.. you could've been being a bad guy lately, and your perks can be taken off for that. Anything that you do that is wrong.. you perks can be taken off! So beware..

EDIT Umm, I see just skimmed around members help center, and I see you asked for the link to become VIP just recently. Well.. You'll have to wait a 'lil while, but.. it actually depends when TMy checks his email. Whenever he gets an emails saying you donated to become VIP.. he'll put the perks on your name in a jiffy ;]

If you game doesn't show the loading screen and goes straight to the login screen, you may have to clean your cache, you can do that by:

1:click "tools" at the top
2:click "internet options"
3:click on the "delete files" button
4:restart your computer

you would use "are"

not "is"

As long as one person knows he/she means, he/she is okay.. if you really want help read bad, you wouldn't really care about grammer and such.. as you can see, it seems like he really wanted help at the time and wanted it fast.

he may have pressed down back start and switched to normal by accident

ok...back to vip powers. We donated money to help the community right. We dont really need our perks right. I donated it not for the perks and for ze community. Anyway ifur perks are "gone" then keep logging in and out a few times. Then if youstill dont havethem. Conatact an admnin like Nferno666.

Umm... mastergrim8 this topic has already ben answered by Hollis.

I think this topic shood be closed.

If you actually had powers for a while, then try restarting the game. Clear ur cache of course (but you don't need to do that all the time)

It might just be a minor error.. log in and out might actually help.

Anyway, topic closed (for obvious reasons :biggrin: ).. if for any other reasons, you can't use ur perks, send an email to info@streetfighteronline.com :biggrin:
