you need to have adobe photoshop. or paint....

i have paint

you can make w/e, you want (if you wanna add pics, go to edit, then insert picture[it has to be on your hard drive, find a few you like, right click on them, and click save as]) then you have to host it. a good hosting site is angelfire. I host on there, you can get 50 mb of space for free, unless you wanna pay (not reccommended for banners) then just put it on here!

i clicked sign up for free after i finished this pay thing poped up and wat web hosting mean :(

use the program gimp. get it from www.gimp.org , use www.photobucket.com for hosting.

look at my banner on the signature. I made that with adobe photoshop. Paint isnt that good.

you can download adobe photoshop from kazaa or go to http://download.com and type photoshop 7.0 but if you download it from download.com you get a trail and if you download it from kazaa. You can use it as long as you want. Another way to get it, is by paying 600.00-800.00(not kidding, this is for real). This is a great site to host banner. http://250free.com. I use that site to host my banner.

ok i am finished downloading it do i have to sign up for the 250free thing after that where do i have to go for the hosting place (i think u wont get it) ???

if youhave a banner already and u want to host it up. Use to 250free. And click the link when u log into ur account in the 250free. After that a new site will pop out and it should say upload files. and u can upload ur banner
