I've tryed everything. I can't play SFO. Every time it loads it frezzes. need help.

Well, why don't you try clearing your browser cache? Here's the steps:

1. Click "Tools" (at the top of your browser)
2. "Internet Options"
3. "Delete files"
4. Restart your comp

Still having trouble? Try downloading the downloaded version of this game. It's located here. If you're having trouble downloading the game, do as followed:

Download all the files you see on that page (excluding/except/besides the "SFO12b to SFO12c Upgrade"). When you download the shockwave 8.5 installation (which is what you may need), install it. After that.. make a folder, and put everything (all the files) in there besides the shockwave 8.5.installation. When you finish doing this, look for "SFO 12c" (in the folder that you made), and click it. When you click it browse to the folder that you made... after that.. extract. You should be done. "Click SFO_smallwindow", and everything should be okay ;]

Note: What I said above might not be your problem, the "shockwave 8.5 installation" is what you may need. but.. try it just incase.. the downloaded version helps most of the time.

you can also check out the Commonly asked SFO Questions ... there is information and movies to help you out VISUALLY when downloading the game... videos are made by blanka09 and me of the SFO Community :biggrin:

Well, those "videos" are not updated. So.. when he looks @ em'.. he'll be like.. do I download the "bison.cct", or the "sfo 12c" (there are some NEW files that are not on that vid.). Things like that. That's why I didn't add the video, it would screw his head up..

Maybe he's in a situation like myself.. where he cant download the latest version of shockwave or the game for that matter... Y not just do what hollis said.. youll be better off..

1. Delete any files on your computer that don't need so it doesn't lag too much, and is also make your computer much faster then your old speed and you can download it fast. And also tried downloading some VIRUs scanner to protect your computer from virus :) Example Anti Virus. It good thing to have it on your computer :)

"Reminder": I dunno where to download Anti Virus but tried going to www.download.com it might be their I hope is their=/

Ifur new with computers, I suggest you don't go into the deleting process.. because you might just delete some things you need.. you can delete things that have .EXE.. things under your user name or owner.. don't exit out explorer.exe because everything on your computer will become blank.. which is not very good :biggrin: You're new, try a disk defragment or clean ur cache.. no need to go into these kind of complicated things ifur new :biggrin:

If you got AOL and you dunno how to empty your cache here what you have to do.

Alright estset you cant assume evryone has AOL. Lol wowla, its voila. Anyway do what bob said.
