Imagine! You're stuck in a Senretsuu Kyaku, and you don't wanna die by blocking, when you push the commands (let's say all three punch buttons) and push Chun li away. Same could go for Wolverine. This push block could save your life. What do you think? (please don't go owie on me)

You've got my vote Roll! It'd also be good if you're about to do a super but your opponent is too close and your super compleatly misses them. And throws would be good cause if your opponent won't stop blocking and to gain distance.

1 - pushing IS in the xm vs sf game and actually you could do it by pressing D,DF,F + 3p or something like that. you could done it cause the way blocking was made you blocked the first hit then the game would make you block all the other you could just, release everything so you didnt have to keep holding the back key !

technically yes that would be a good idea so i vote for it since it could be very helpfull !

Grabs wouldn't work MVC2, too much lag

xsilver. how do you know? to you, every move has TOO much lag, right. doing a fireball causes lag, because when it hits him, his life doesn't go down. Punching and kicking causes lag. because after the hit. his life doesn't go down either.. so i dont see how grabs will be any different.
And about the issue of pushing block. how many of you here ACTUALLY block in this game?from my experience the more punching and fireballs you do. the better the chance of you winning the match .
if someone does a fireball, you can either jumpover it or do a fireball back. and if you are stuck in a hurricane super use your helper.

for what i know i got beat to #### everytimes i dont block.
i dont care if you're with those cheap enought to just throw firebal and blast. but for me this is THE game i a fighting game isn't a fighting game without hand 2 hand matches !

instead of simply pushing it would be nice to have counters. Or at least have the push cost one special bar. Otherwise we'd get people simply pushing back and forth.

Otherwise, sounds like a good idea.
