When the Shinku-Tatsumaki knocks you from side to side, it makes it so you have to continueously change which side your blocking in order to block it. You should only have to block on the side he first hit you with.

I do get what you are saying though. But, I will have to check if in the arcade version you don't have to keep on switching in order to block.

You can however (for now), just duck to avoid getting hit.

Yes, For now I just duck or jump backwards, but it sometimes screws me up, but for someone who doesn't know, they cant block it

I think the problem here is a lack of a "block-hold". So, in this case, once you get caught by the hyper move while blocking, you'll stay in block until the hyper finishes.

Yeah I think block hold can work, but with lag and Shockwave restrictions (This isn't a real arcade engin!) it's pretty much the best now.

It's a pretty easy to dodge move, or if you are attacking when it happens, you hit them and it stops, and most any helper can stop it, so it has to ballance out in his game here I guess.

Since it is annoying, I will make a useful reply. How many of you honestly think there is going to be alot of newbies pissed when Throws and the Raging Demon comes out. This one is about the kick which is unblockable. Imagine an idiot newbie "How did you throw me. I blocked. You cheater." or "How do you do that flashing move thing. I blocked." Just wait, there is bound to be at least ten.

Hahahaha! I had no idea so many people were coming here not knowing what the #### this game is. I guess they were mostly drawn in by the X-Men more than the Street Fighters. You should make an online instruction manual for newbies when the game is finished (hopefuly). Anyways, is Ryu's Collarbone Smash unblockable low in this game? It oughta be.
