I think when the game is fully made, you should have a way to build stats, like everyone would do a mode where your able to gain stats based off the pts. you make.

you stole that from diablo every time you kill some thing you get stats and what not it would be good cuz someone might just fight new people like a punk :crazy:

Thats a good idea and darkmasterX most RPGs have that point system and there's a system like that in street fighter alpha 2 you dip ####

bad idea...

here is why i think that !

yes it would be cool to have that but try to remember that there we are a community who is growing in large numbers... so now imagine the server who have to SAVE all those stats... what do you see, a server who is getting slowed down cause of the saving and the space that is taken on the hard drives !

it would be too bad for the server itself...
and even if it doesn't the lag will be there and it will not count as skill since you dont know where the opponent is when you hit !

SSJKarma: nah.. it wont' lag/slow things down too much... (the stats dont' have to be updated every nanosecond)...

what i am worried about is the hundereds of hours i'll have to put in to make this work :biggrin:

its a bad idea

for one reason dat i think, this game is soppose to be based on the skills u know and the skills u can do and tatics u use not ur stats. cause if u have ur stats freaking high and den u face a lower challenger den whas da point of fight, ofcourse the person with da higher stats is ganna win. den it would be harder for the other person to even get any stats.

here's what i think. after all the carictors are done TMyApp can make the single player mode and the stats would be used for that and not online or you get like 10 stats to inprove you power/speed/power moves ect. so every one is equal stat wise but it take a hella long time to get it done

Maybe they could have stats that stay with a character for example, you set things like weight, strength and such but you could work it like the sims, and if you set one character one way the next player who uses the caracter can set the stats different or leave them.

a bad idea...
b/c if someone stayed on the game for a long time...like some ppl live on the game...they would be stronger then everyone else. i dont think this would be fair. well its just my oppinion.
