tmyapp got kicked for putting a link to MARVEL.COM on his site !
so putting a lot of banners and things would just worsten the situation.
also, marvel was in their rights to do so, yeah they broke our morals down, but continuing would have made tmyapp completely stop and made him go to jail for piracy which we don'T want him to !

listen kiddo's if you can't understand the situations as it it is, then do do anything.

we really shpoldnt be this mad at marvel for wanting to make time off of their proudcts.If you had come up with one of these charactes, you would want to make some cash off em too. You know what, its sad it had to end this way. x-men vs streetfighter (online) was the best and 1 only site i played online..... and Runescape.

a guy to us known as tmyapp had a site u made him remove for not have a license to use ur characters. i played that site many times and enjoyed it it inspired me to buy marvel stuff i vought 3 spider man posters i vought one hulk poster i luv marvellll now but i would have never even knew what marvel was if it wasnt for the site tmyapp made i kno u are getting alot of letters like this but this isnt hurting ur income the maker of the site received time from ppl to help only the site he never profited off of this site and it has taken him awhile to get the site where it is now were talking about he had to be on day and night and about ppl sending him time that was on freewill we were able to play without sending time but sum of us chose to take it a lil further and donate time to help his site out this inspired me to buy marvel products now marvel is gona take away my inspiration to like marvel now why would u do that u dont kno how this has actualy helped ur company marvel i hope u see this and i hope u are inspired to give tmyapp his license to endurse those characters giving marvel full credit which he always gave u guys before and in the introduction it said dont use drugs now that us a nice guy to advise us to do the right thingi hope u see what i mean and bring the site up

Are we going to do anything anytime soon? Are we going to help TMy do an all capcom site if he want's to (i heard he doesn't really like capcom) or are we going to hit the books and try to come up with a realistic, respectable, and effective letter to marvel to try and get this place back and running? C'mon TEAM lets DO something instead of lying around BITCHING (that is against forum rules BTW) like the X-Men alone, they can only go so far, but as a TEAM... the imaginations the limit!

You guys.... this does not have to be the end! Look at this! We have the forum still, right? I'm quite sure we can do lot's even with just a forum... even if it was originally intended for site purposes only, this forum was for a community of people to come into and talk. We can still do that much... and maybe even more. At the very least, we should cherish this website for what it is, like we have always done. And to those certain people who see these ideas too optimistic for their tastes, don't you think it's better to love something always no matter what the condition than to just give up on it and throw it away like something that was always expendable?
