I use Adobe Photoshop and Animation Shop 3.0.

i don't get how to do animations on tags. can sum1 help me? i kno you use image ready, but i don't get how to use it. ???

Since you dont know how to add animations to tags then you should use Animation Shop 3.0. It comes with Paint Shop Pro.

To add animations to banners/tags all you have to do is make the right amount of frames. I can teach you if your using Animation Shop 3. I have IR but never use it. Also if you have yahoo instant messenger we could talk and i could guide you through the process.
