Backround story:
Ballzer is the top fighter of the President of earth, and is a Super Testicle warrior like the other characters in the series.
He was the 1st person to find the Blue Prostate Balls, and he brought them back to the presidential estate.
Ever since that day Ballzer has been acting extremly strange and has aquired a new power stage, Everyone in the estate now fears him except the president himself.
Bio- Once a caring man now a ruthless killer, and the president promotes his actions for an unknown reason.
He has very strong attacks and is extremly fast. the higher the power stage, the deeper his voice becomes.
