I would prefer a new character/new moves to different costumes that are unnecessary.

i have to agree with you there, i think new characters/ certain characters getting modifyed would be alot better than just having different outfits, i mean when/if another is tournament made by the mods and some of the admins, one of the prizes in the last semi official tournament was a golden ryu so you can win costumes and what not win tournaments, you can't win new characters now can you ?

Actually we don't...SBYRD5's source may not be reliable...and plus, according to the staff, nobody knows anything about DWX apart from TMyApp himself.
