Welf:"Well... i'm kinda against the idea of separating again... i mean we all got in some kind of trouble. but since i seem to be the only one against it, guess i'll have no choice but to get on with the rest. So i'm on to the GESSEKAI FOREST !"

Welf Looked at the others and finished by saying...
WELF:"See ya later guys... first to find her do some sign that we can see, so we know where you are."
GANG:"Right !"
WELF:"See ya !"
And welf started walking toward the GESSEKAI forest. sure he wouldn't find her there, but yet again, they had to start somewhere, so he choose the first forest on the map ! so WELF disappeared soon after leaving the group. When he finally arrived at forest. surely he felt like it was not the right one, yet again, this feeling was only a matter of emotions since he couldn't bear being far from her again ! He swallowed it and entered the forest wondering why it was called that way.

[ooc] I'm afraid that until everyone goes into their chosen forest, I cannot reveal who was correct. And who was correct, however, is really very strange. You shall see soon enough. Post soon.[/ooc]

One Daichi Forest.

As soon as Welf left to the forest he chose, (Gessekai Forest of Lunar), Tikalis thought that maybe he should start to get going to the forest he chose as well. He said a quick good luck to the rest, and ran as fast as he could towards south. (Special shoes are cutting time in half, so to speak.) He arrived there in less than 15 minutes, and started speacking to himself.
Tikalis: "Well, here's the Daichi Forest, just like Asa said. ...The forest of the earth... Element of the Spring... Sounds like a poem..." *slowly walks inside, with his Arc Edge ready...* Daichi Forest
The forest was very peaceful, doesn't seem to be any signs of anything hostile at the very least, or so Tikalis thought. He had thought of the forest to be full of dread and disorganized plants... But he had never seen spring before... He always seemed to end up at a inn for caring, (He kept on fighting first hand judgment people who seemed to keep aggravating him...) At least 30 minutes had passed since he walked inside the forest, but hasn't found anything yet.
Tikalis: {What did Asa say we have to look for?...}
Ball of Light: "Don't you remember her words?"
Tikalis: "....Damn, you scared me off!! I forgot you existed!"
BOL: "Well, isn't that special? Anyway, what Asa said was to find a small lake... She said that lake can take you to one of two forests. One is the Masayume Forest, and the other, Issuinoyume Forest.... I don't remember the descriptions for these two.
Tikalis: {And I thought you were actually listening the whole time...}
BOL: "Shouldn't you be moving on? We're supposed to be finding Angela, is that how you say the name? Well, let's go and find her already!"
Tikalis: "Whatever you say.... To Welf, he would probably jsut risk his life to at least find her... Keep her safe, you know?"
BOL: "Well, I guess that's true...."
*Tikalis moves on and cranes his head sideways a few times for some sign of Angela anywhere...*

To be continued.

MasterX05 02-28-2004 08:10 PM

Dante turned to the direction of his forest, and started to run in the direction of the Enshou Forest. Dante knew that he was soppose to be looking for the girl Angela, but Nightmare was still on his mind.
Dante: {Nightmare where the hell did he come from?}
Dante then stopped in front of the forest, and started to look around. It seem the forest was dry and quite hot. He then ran into the forest having no idea what would happen.
Enshou forest

Dante: {that fox took nightmare out look nothign with that that... weapon. Ive never seen anything like it. I could have taken out Nightmare myself. Could he really have killed Nightmare? I wonder is he really.... dead?} Dante then starts to slow down and sits down on a fallen tree.

Date: I wonder if the others have any luck? Oh well might as well keep looking. Dnate got up form the tree and started looking for what asa had explain to them of this body of water.

To be continued

[ooc] well umm just want to know can Dante use his gunatlet again since all that on the island that drains energy is now gone? Just wanted to know[/ooc]

[ooc] I cannot believe any of you at this point. I feel... so misunderstood. The season where it would seem totally empty, is the season of Winter. You left that forest for Asa, and now she will be the one to enter the hidden forest, Masayume. To think that at least ONE of you could have went, but one of you chose a forest for its name, and one of you chose a forest because you don't like cold weather. Amazing. Simply Amazing.

And yes, Master, you can use your gauntlet again. Not that it will help you very much, because if you plan to track Angela down in anyway, you will not find her. She is in a different world now. [/ooc]

Asa sighed. She was staring to the frozen, white forest, that was almost totally empty. It would have been totally empty if it had not been for the crystal covered trees and bushes, and the snowflakes that fell. She moved into the forest slowly, looking downwards in deep thought. Her thoughts, however were becoming scattered, and she was feeling very tired. She stopped for a moment to lean against a tree, and she looked around. There was a frozen lake nearby, but there was a hole in the middle of it. A bit of cold water should help the rejuvinate her. She pushed off the tree, and walked over to the little bit of water. She fell to her knees, and dipped her hands into the water. When she pulled it out, and brought it to her lips, it was gone. Her hand was not even wet. She looked down into the water, and saw no reflection. Seeing no reflection, she fell into the water, and let herself fall out of a fountain when she reached the other side.

She sat there, looking around, and saw the purple and pink forest that shimmered with beauty. There was a small aura that was sensible behind her, but there was a much larger aura sitting directly in front of her. Angela was sitting on a rock, staring at what looked like a gravestone. It was encrusted with vines and mold, and held little to be seen and read now. Yet Angela was staring at it like it was a goddess. Asa moved up to Angela, and placed a hand on her shoulder. Angela did not flinch or move, and was not even startled. She was hoping for someone to come for her. But she had hoped that someone who had never seen the forest before would have come for her.

Asa: "Why don't you show Welf this forest? I am sure that he would love to see it, and hear about what it is."
Angela: "Maybe.. but mother said.."
Asa: "You knowbetter than that. She said many things that you did not want to follow, and it was always good that you didn't. Remember when she told you she wanted you to go to the store to purchase some axes?"
Angela: "Yes, I know, and because I didn't, the guy at the store didn't have a chance to slice my head off. But that's different. Mother was an excellent magician, something that I have yet to even come close to. She knows more about these forests then I ever will know."
Asa: "To be honest, Angela, you've known more about them yourself than she did; especially as a child."

Angela looked at her with a sad and confused look.
"How can you say that, when you know I have not even seen every bit of all the forests yet?"
Asa smiled: "Because you've been into all of the forests, and found their sacred shrines. You've been in each of these shrines, remember? You took me to each one. You have been blessed with their power, and you have no reason to believe that you do not know more about them than your mother. She, I know, never found those shrines."
Angela was shocked.
Asa: "But to say the very least about your mother, she was powerful, and knew how to use her spells well. Though, I must say, they had never done anything to you, Angela."
Angela: "What do you mean by that?"
Asa: "Calm down. Remember, that I was alive when you were born. Sometimes, when I heard you cry at night, your mother would get frustrated and try to put you to sleep with spells. But, to my knowledge, you never stopped crying until my husband came around to keep you company. You were so adorable... but you were very powerful. I remember one time, when you were just about 11 months old, you were crawling around in the Daichi Forest. You came to this little patch of flower and grass, and you fell asleep in it. When you had woken up, you were giggling, and you were back in your bed at home. But if you were with me, you would have seen that you yourself had cause the area to flourish with the beauty that was so secluded."
Angela: "Wow, so I made plants grow. That's nothing Mother could never do."
Asa: "On the contrary, it was something she could not do. Her powers were very powerful, but they were also very limited by her prejudices and knowledge. She learned so much, that she began to believe that there was only a few types of magic in the world. You knew, and still know, differently."
Angela: "I suppose.. but Mother was still so... so nice. Why did they kill her?"
Asa: "Not even I know that, dear."
Asa proceeded to hug Angela sympathetically.
"But what I do know, is that karma does take its toll on people that abuse it."
Angela smiled, and looked at Asa again. She was happy to be able to see her old friend again. Then a thought struck.
"Asa! Is your husband, Jistan, here with you?!"
Asa blushed. "Yes, he is. He is past the grave, over there."
Angela looked to see a tall, muscular man, waving at her. He had reddish blonde hair, and was showing off a big, handsome smile. Angela smiled, got up, and tackled the poor man.
Angela: "Jistan!!! You're still here! I'm so happy!!!"
Jistan: "That's great and all, Angela, but could you get off of me? Please?"
Angela did get off of him, and when they were both standing, he gave her a big, warm hug. She felt alive again.
Jistan: "You don't know how happy I am to see you again. Did you know me and Asa were running around the island looking for you when you left?!"
Angela: "No, of course not! Had I known, I would have returned."
Asa: "Then it is good that you did not know, otherwise you would not have met Welf."
Jistan: "Welf..?"
Asa: "He's a man that Angela met as a child (he was a child at the time too, just so you know). She found him again, and they reunited again too."
Jistan: "Truly! Well, I have to meet the man who could claim Angela's affections and hold them so tightly over the course of ten or so years."
Angela: "Jistan.. you're making me blush again..."
Asa: "Honey, stop embarressing her."
Jistan: "Fine, take away all of the fun. Lame.."

He took the moment to let go of Angela, and tickled his dear wife. Angela smiled at the two of them, and a new hope was realized for her. Yet she had to do something before her hope could become a dream, and be turned into a reality.
Angela: "...I'm.... going to go get Welf."
Asa looked at her.
Asa: "Well, dear, we'll wait here for you, alright? He should be in the Gessekai Forest right now. If I know him well enough, he should be in the center of it by now."
Angela: "..Thank you, Asa."
Asa nodded, and Angela walked towards the fountain to leave both of them alone. They waited until she disappeared into the fountain before speaking again.

Asa: "Honey, it's almost time now."
Jistan: "You're joking, right? We've only just begun!"
Asa: "I understand that.. but the time runs short, and we have done our purpose already."
Jistan: "I suppose. But it is still so sad. Can we not say hello and goodbye to our children?"
Asa: "Oh, surely by now they are dead and reborn. We couldn't find them even if we wanted to."
Jistan: "I suppose you are right..."
"Of course I am.. after all, I'm a mother, and I should know more about my children than anyone else. They were, after all, a part of me, and were inside of me too."
"Very true, my love."

And they kissed somberly, and stood together to stare at the twilight sky. But the thoughts of their remaining time disabled them from enjoying everything too much, and they were hoping that Angela could return with Welf soon, so they could explain everything. Time was now of the essence.

[ooc] Only Welf will enter the forest. Master, Miles, you guys can explore some more, but remember that you guys still have to get a way off of the island. ^-^; I'm still horrified that you guys would get the clue so confused...[/ooc]

milestails 02-29-2004 11:53 AM

[ooc]wow, not one ofus got it right.
Tikalis has his own way of leaving the island, (which if flying, cause of his two tails.) But what about Dante? .... No clue yet...[/ooc]

nearly an hour since Tikalis entered the Daichi Forest.
Tikalis: "This is really strange, I've searched every part of this forest. Not a single trace of Angela anywhere. Just hoping that Welf and Dante are having more luck than I am..."
BOL: "Umm, I guess you can use the time for...."
Tikalis: *takes out that empty book for a second.* "I won't be able to figure out how this thing works until I have some help. That does not mean you... You already tried, remember? While I was getting a orange from one of the trees in here?"
BOL: "Hmph..."
Tikalis: "I didn't mean that in a bad way, I just..... ??"

{Wait, think about this for a moment. What if he finds that when he grows to an adult?} {Don't worry. I'll persuade some mage to put a spell on it. But if he found out how to use it...} {Yes, exactly my point. One word, and he might coming looking for us with a million questions!} {I know the possibilities of what would happen already!} {Then do you insist of leaving him here, without our protection?} {To keep the rest ofus alive, I would be willing to.} {....}

BOL: "Hey, Tikalis? Terra to Tikalis! Are you even listening to me?"
Tikalis: "Wha, what?"
BOL: "We need to get out of here and join the others back at the country!"
....
*Tikalis holds his head* "I alreday know how to leave... But I can't just leave Welf and the others here!"
BOL: "Don't worry. I'm sure they can figure out another way to get over the waters."
Tikalis: "Hmm, I guess...." *jumps and starts spinning his tails.*
".....Sorry about this, all of you."
*turns in the direction of the country, and flies in a modern speed*

[OOC]guys/girls, many of you asked me to make it stay alive when i asked your opinion on closing this fading away RPG. now post, don't let it die if you don't want it to be shutdown !

just trying to keep it alive for you guys ![/OOC]

Roll 03-08-2004 01:46 PM

[ooc] Well, it seems like this is it, everyone. I have spoken with Karma about this for quite a long time; and so Karma has finally decided to close down this rpg, and for a good reason too. No one has posted in it for ages, and it does not seem like anyone else is going to. Karma's also in a little bit of stress with this RPG, and because of that, I am insisting that he shut it down. It's not like he's not listening to you guys, or that he's listening to me, but it's not worth it to see Karma be afraid of posting in his own RPG because he thinks he's slowing it down. So, in short, thank you for playing this rpg with us to it's end. This will be the final post for the story; I do hope you will all understand. I hope you all had fun while this rpg lasted, and who knows, maybe another rpg will be started soon. Stay tuned for another fantastic RPG in the near future, and hopefully by then, Karma will have regained his confidence.

Oh, yes, and this DOES mean that the rest of the story is now pretty much open. You may continue it in another rpg topic, I suppose, but do not add Welf or Angela in as anything other than filler characters without Karma's permission and mine.[/ooc]

The Final Miracle
Angela was brushing herself off while she stood in the frozen patches of snow. She realized at that moment, when she had just fallen out of the hole and head first into the snow, that she had to find a better way of getting to the forest. She looked around the entire area, and headed north west towards a not-so far away patch of orange and brown that signified the Gessekai. She knew it was only a matter of time before Welf was within her sights; After all, how could you miss a horned demon with purely yellow eyeballs? She giggled jokingly, and passed by a few falling leaves that were golden to her eyes. She was starting to miss the snowflakes that fell silently in the Hyoukan.

She had wandered around the forest for a few minutes, when she noticed Welf sitting on the stump of a dead and long-since fallen tree. She quietly walked up to him, and said hello; yet, he did not move at all. He didn't turn his head, nor did he blink, or even breathe. She walked up closer to him, and placed a hand on his shoulder; at which point, he turned his head to look at her. He was giving her an angry look, and he hit her hand away before standing up. He then pushed her back violently into a tree, and held her there.

Angela: "What is wrong, Welf?"
Welf: "You're what is wrong! Ever since I've first met you, you've been killing me! You're the one responsible for all these wierd events! It's all your fault!"
Angela was very hurt. "..But, I..."
"Let me guess. 'It's not my fault!' is what you're trying to say? I don't believe that crap; you knew what you were doing the entire time, didn't you?"
"Welf, I honestly don't know what you're talking about!"
Welf: "Well, then I don't know who you are. I'm going to go now, and I don't ever want to see you again. It's too evil."
Angela watched as he removed his arms from her, and walked away. However, she quickly exclaimed for him to wait, and he just stopped.
Angela: "Welf, I will not accept that! I will not accept that you never want to see me again, without telling me the reason!"
Welf: "It doesn't matter now. You're just another godforsaken human who has no hope for survival without someone elses help."
Angela looked at him very closely, without speaking a word. He began to move his legs again, when:
"You're not Welf!"
Welf turned around to look at Angela.
"You're not Welf! Welf would never call a human god-forsaken. Who are you!?"
Welf's eyes suddenly narrowed, and a smile had cracked open to form a devilish look. Then, some wind blew past them, and carried a thick flurry of leaves that covered Welf. When the leaves cleared, he was gone. Angela stared at where Welf was for a moment, before hearing her name called out by Welf. She turned around to see that Welf was dashing towards her as fast as he could go, only stopping to jump on her, and to hold her down in a patch of browns, yellows, and reds. She looked up and him, and he looked down at her. They were looking at each other now. They stayed like that for a while; before Angela broke the silence with a very strong word that had not been used in ages.
"Hi."
Welf took that word as an invitation to give her a kiss.
Welf: "Where did you go? Why?! Oh, nevermind that now-- it's not important. What's important is that you're nowback again, and that we can both be together as long as possible now. But still... don't run away like that again, ok?"
Angela nodded, and brought him closer to her than he expected her too. All that was previously thought of became forgotten.

Animals gathered, and leaves were beginning to pile nicely. The Trees were continuously creating more brown leaves that would fall, and the waters surrounding the trees were slowly being consumed and then recreated. The sky told of a happy day, and the night was soon to come. The scenery was becoming golden, like a dream that no one could ever hope to see the end of. At least... it was that way to Welf and Angela, as they lay in the leaves together for that one eternal moment that would survive the test of time forevermore.

"The miracle is inside us!"

[ooc] We should do some Lords of the ring crap and come out with a Squel of this RPG of Dante and Takails, searching for the others. It was a good RPG and well but it seemed strange how we forgot about the Evil King Kalidor. Evil has not been rid of the world yet. But good sroty Karma I enjoyed it[/ooc]

SSJKarma 03-08-2004 10:21 PM

Good story...
that seems a little bit over said...
in the first time i wrote this... it was just a world with no purpose other then being a chaotic world.
people were suppose to rise from the darkness and bring back the light to this world.
in either case, it started well... but it slowed down... can't say i wasn't for something, i waited a long time for nothing, waiting for a band of people to add in the game. to my disappointment, no one came. those i knew joined, it was great to see them, but when they leaved one after the other i saw this rpg going into the bottomless pit little by little. until it became just the topic we know now, a topic where people jun in just to get off a few pages later !

i can't stop thinking that my great RPGing skills in the past have just gone away !
well... i'm glad a few loved it, it means a lot to me.

KALEM, sorry... i know i usually don't stop an ongoing RPG, but even you saw that it is not like our LIVE RPGs we do at home ! i just coudn't keep up to this story and thus i lost all interest in it ! so have probably you. you never posting, that is unlike you, knowing you, that means you didn't even got any interest left for it either. thank you for being the greatest friend i ever had, next to jonathan that is ! in any case i thank you for answering the call back in the start.

to the others who participated in this...
thanks, it was good seeing all of you trying to have a great gameplay.

for now... this is the end.
ROLL, i liked your ending, but don't you think it was too short and to direct to the point ?
those who want to go on with it...
do it if you wish too, but i won't be the leader i was suppose to be in here !
who say, maybe we'll see RICHARD WELF in the sequel you'll make... but for now, i'll give him a rest and give all my skills to IZY in the other RPG !

FAREWELL to all !
