exactly. all fatty, sweet, carb infested foods can be eaten... IN MODERATION. i mean, it's kinda groas if you stuffur face all day with chips and beer lol... pizza.... sushi!!! lol anywho. i can easily live with a chicken salad and water. or tofu. i wish i could afford sushi or sashimi every day... may my mediterranean immune system live up to its expectations! lol... we never refrigerate things... leftovers etc... GO IMMUNE SYSTEM!
