Actually, it has nothing to do with how long you've been here..,Its just a status indicating when you joined the forum...,It's really based on how dedicated you are and how well you commune with members, MODS/NWOS including "Admins",.... "fan site"...and so much more..!!! :sly:

Well only TMyApp knows the criteria he uses to pick the mods. but what I meant by him being here for longer was that he's been helping around longer then bobmarley.
