hope your being sarcastic, cuase then ryu would obviously be the most powerful charector in the game, and he is simple to use so all the n00bs will use him...

Point well taken.. we all know Ryu has a clear advantage over other characters. So why not just let TMyApp quit making new characters.. Once a character comes that has the tendency to be faster and better than Ryu, they say he's cheap.

Notwithstanding, I want to see what a sorta tweak like this would do to the game. :biggrin:
