Restavega had a maximum of 10 posts per day! And if kingryu had bothered to answer one of Restavega's PMs, he would have known that Restavega was injured and stuck at home. AND Restavega DID tone down his posting after the warning, even though he knew he didn't spam! He couldn't understand Kingryu's reasoning for these irrational warnings, but ones again kingryu was conveniently BUSY to reply! The fact is, you saying you saw the spaming doesn't guarantee you did! But why is it always so conveniently erased ? or you being oh so conveniently busy?

you have to understand that this proof you speak of you will not be able to see since it has been edited but i can view it and i CANNOT link you because it's only meant for AMINISTRATORS to see..if i were to link you then you would tell you that you are not allowed...i know that you and your friend there are upset but you could of always came to me in the 1st place and spoken to me if kingryu wasn't resonding to you guys..i'm here to listen to what ppl have to say and i try my best to help those that are in need but sometimes i have no time to get on the forum much cause i have other things do to like update the bot filter/keep DOR server up and running at all times and have to watch the SFO rooms constently and kick those that the bot misses...

yea, all you had to do was talk to TMyApp, or A mod about it.. you didn't have to take it this far.

i can tell you 90% of the time that you do that he will not answer it...but forward it to that mod that your complaining about...like i said i have nothing aggainst you and will be gettings those that spam, but that when i have time which i hardly ever do...but if it means getting less sleep then i'll do whatever to keeps every1 from fighting and complaining on but he does this and he does that...

Restavega is warned and he Does take it in to consideration and instead of arguing he sends king a pm asking him what he has done wrong. Instead of adding coal to fire by calling names and editing posts, KingRyu1 could have simply replied saying he didn't like Restas spamming and he could have brought in a few examples that he felt were spamming. I assure you Restavega would have NEVER repeated a similar post! But kings pm "stop spamming" was not understood. Restavega has never spamed, I knowbecause i post at all the plasses he does. I go where Rest goes! And ive seen with my own eyes that 90% of the time Rest posted more than a few sentences! That is exactly why Rest couldnt understand how he was spamming!

Nferno666, I am Restavega's girlfriend and i read every word that boy posts and follow him in to every topic! I know he didn't deserve this. And you must understand that I'm suspicious of your actions because i know king made a mistake and I know you have to cover up for him. I understand your possition, but please understand mine. I'm new and so is Restavega and it is not in our nature to get kicked around! If he spamed, you would go out of your way to just paste his spamming post and shut me up. The fact that you are just giving me excusses shows me you dont have the PROOF! You obviously have a high status around here and im sure you can bend the rules ones to show that your friend, Kingryu1 is innocent. I just want an apology from KingRyu1 to Restavega for messing up his weekend and his love for this forum!

MSI: You do not understand, do you? This topic isn't to complain about the moderators using their powers, it's how one person used their power. We disagree with it, and someone has finally stepped up to the plate to complain about it. If you ask me, certain "ones" are lucky that Windarossa did not place this up in the General Comments and Discussion section (where this actually should be, and is legal enough to be inside of).

Saijin: What I understand is for me to interpret, not you. I do understand enough of this in order for me to be able to figure out who is doing what. Because of what I saw from him already, and I have seen it, I am defending him. I've seen little wrong with his ways as of yet. Maybe a bit of straying here and there, but (if ever) a previous distraction was needed. Whether you wish to believe it or not, I think he is being picked on by a few people on this forum who have a bit of influence on people. You can find out their identity; you're a smart boy.

Razz: Razz, he is not in any deserving of any punishment. What he says is true, and I don't see any, and I MEAN any statements against this anywhere. In fact, I've only seen confessions to them.
