Well, I would vote for blanka. but.. like nferno said.. he doesn't deserve to be on that list because he's only been an official mod for a matter of weeks.
I would also vote for Warmor, since he's.. well i heard that he's working on the revival of his 'ol site, teh "Project-Z". but.. it's not here yet, so my vote goes to dmasta. He's been working his ass off trying to bring BG back. Yea.. it did come a 'lil late, but.. It's here just as he promised. It also helped, too. I think it has to be KKS or Kingryu1 but I give prompts o DarkMasta for getting BG back but he has had hard work but barely post at the forum.

I barely post. Right.. but how many of Kingryu's posts are spam? Have you people not heard of the spam scandel? The one that almost got him banned. ??? We don't need another spammer in office. And what about this flip flopping new comer "blanka09"? What can he bring that I haven't already? Who can you count on to get a job done. It may take some time but I'm the man to get the job done right. He also abuses the right to use the ":biggrin:" .So vote for Mastaq in the 2004 mod of the year election.
