Whoa people....people. Maybe I wasn't clear before, this is some place to share your experiences, questions, or comments about energy and to learn from other people. THIS IS NOT A SPAMMING THREAD....I REPEAT NOT A SPAMMING THREAD :D . To answer your question Psycho the reason this thread is still up is so over time we can see how people are gaining experience in how to control there energy, and what they have accomplished. Anywaz now that I cleared that up has anyone checked out that book I recommended :D

Ok all of you I'm starting to get real pissed off and this is something I don't normally do. You all are acting like a bunch of two year olds. I want this to stop now or I'm contacting every mod I have to to get some of you banned. Lordcyris and I have clearly stated that we did not want any flaming in this topic. I Did This 2 days ago..it worked out okay I got one of them...and this is how...

When Im Medatating I have the ability of feeling things around me. So When both Of them stepped in the room I already new. This is where I got lost. They both spilt seperate ways I treid to track both of them but only could keep up with one....I little bit more training I will be able to do of them...I'll keep ya updated.

Yea Relaxation is the key...That is what opens the door. You Wont do it by wanting you will do it becuase you need....I needed to do it to prove that I could...and I did..better then expected.

yo dude i tried that energy trick and it worked....u have to be all calm and relaxed for it to work. it's pretty tight and it feels cool :buttrock:

you can't see your energy, its like the wind, you know its there but you can't see it !

seeing it would require a whole lot of energy which the human body can surely not generate all of a sudden.
at least that's my guess.

also, i read somewhere on the net someone talking about KI and the like that are used in TELEKINETICS (art of moving objects)

i read that the guy could use his energy to move objects around, believe me or not, but i did see a friend of mine do that kind of stuff, wasn't the biuggest thing in th ewordl but still he could do it which i couldn't !

anyway... the guy said that sometimes, in some cases that he saw when teaching it to others. many of his disciples (not many but still about 6 to 10) actually used there energy but the only thing it did was accumulating STATIC ELECTRICITY !

so i guess energy can actually do anything, but FIREBALL ?
i guess our energy is not strong enough to create anything !
ENERGY is generated by our body, but like electricity generated by a bridges... we cannot create, just modify it !

Yes! O Yea Hey DS Yo Guess What Happend? Remeber I told you how I got the ball to increase...well something happend when i was doing it..I was creating it as usal when all of a sudden a jolt of pain went up my spine! Then all of a sudden i felt something move on the top and it was my hair..my brother was there when i did it...he said my hair began to move then stopped...? I wasnt even trying that...I was just maken the ball...but maybe because i was really mad before i didi t had an effect on what happend.....?

Hmmmmm.......freaky :D . Tell me exactly what happened step by step while you were making your energy ball. Did it hurt at all ??? Maybe me getting shocked in the arm and your experince are related in some way??

Alright I'll give it to you step by step.

1) I Began First With Standing Straight Up and Close My Eyes.

2) Next I Relaxed my mind and body by changing my breathing

3) I Imagined the ball being formed in between my hands while still relaxing my body and keeping my breathing steady.

4) As The ball was steadly foriming between my hands I began to think of something that made me mad in this case this guy who I almost fought with at school.

5) I then began to get mad and no longer was the ball getting any bigger instead it was getting smaller becuase I was not paying attension to it.

6) Then I became more mad till the point that the ball fell apart and a surge of pain went up my back

7) Then my hair rbegan to move and rise..

Well thats what happend and I have been trying to see how it works..the thing is its taking alot of my time...but i figured that it has nothing to do with me making the ball becuase it almost happend while i was medatating...

i'm not suprise to hear this !

because i have found at the time i was doing all those energy thing, that emotions oftenly effect the results of our energy ! LOTS OF ANGER for an example can give you an hell of a boost in energy... but it also diminish your reasoning, which is why some people, when angered to death, see red and cannot even know what they were doing during that time ! it's what most call becoming berserk !

anyway... emotions are normal to have while doing this, they also can help in stimulating certain kind of energy. like imagining a beach where you could be alone and relaxing while looking at the sun !

creating places like those in your mind can easily help in relaxation.

what xicer says is tru. i believe in this chi energy cause of so much that me and my cousins used to do. i remember when we used to do karate fighting mixed with street style. we pulled off some increadible moves. one time me and my cousin where blockin each others punches and kicks (just remember that he used to take karate and i watch a lot of fighting movies so i knew some moves too). i threw a punch and he ducked under it. he palmed me in the top of my stomach. it felt like some kind of force pushed me and i flew back a couple of feet. we were all amazed. there was another incident where this time i did a cool attack. my cousin did a spin kick. i sort of ducked and caught his leg. then i swept his leg and palmed him in his stomach. he flew back a few feet. i was surprised even more because this time i did it. it goes to show u that strange things can happen.

i dont care if u believe this story because the people who saw us were like woah.

anyhow i also have another incedent. me and my friend were playing around one day. we were doing a little fighting (guess im a violent kid). anywho i was beating on him for a while. so he decides to run. i run afterhim. it was a trap he set up. he turned around, grabbed me, and flipped me. (here is how the throw move looked. just imagines ryus kick throw move. thats what he did to me). anywho i just and a split second to think. i used his force to do a front flip and land on my feet. me and my friend were surprised.
