Guile hasn't been in a Marvel game that can be emulated, therefore Guile can't be in a game, only as a helper....

so... u'r not only deciding which char is added next, but, which features will get moved up on the "to do" list as well... (ie: if everyone picks Sentinel, Magneto, Warmachine or Storm (and whoever else i'm missing)... i'll have to add the "flight" feature/moves... and.. so on)

Now, guys... be nice! I think we all would like a non-sf character to come in. But TMyApp says no, and for a perfectly well thought out reason.

TmyApp, there's one thing that I don't get.... We can only have Street Fighter characters, (no general Capcom) because the game's called X-Men vs. STREET FIGHTER, not X-Men vs. CAPCOM, yet we can have all the Marvel characters we want, even though the name of the game is still X-MEN (not Marvel) vs. Street Fighter...... ??? ???

Old query. At some point during the shows/comics, the rest of the marvel playable crew were connected to Xmen somehow. So Xmen and the other marvel characters can be brought into the game.

I wish Roll could be added, Zero. But Roll isn't connected to Street Fighter or Marvel.... at least not officially, or to my knowledge..... except.... there is a cheatcode in a Megaman game that gives the ability to do a "Haduken" with HANDS and not the gun thing. But I dunno if it counts....

just because guiles supers in sfa 3 were weak doesn't mean he can't be altered to do more damage or even have extra supers

Let's see:

-Alpha 3 Guile can't launch
-he can't dash
-his sonic hurricane has less range, and combo damage than in MvC2
-same goes for his flash kick
-Guile can't combo like in MvC2
-so he doesn't have any VS game air combos in alpha 3
alpha 3 guile doesnt have his air flash kick

you are correct, but like I said, you just add the extra features. has anyone here used mugen before? the guile there is nothing more than an edited sfa3 guile.
