LOL how ironic this topic is in random insanity....and it is insanity.....stopping disrespecting the mods...lol all there rules are fair...no soul gave me a warning one for spamming and but it next to my name for the next week i didnt post anything without thinking about it being spamming...and i still try make sure i dont spam...u see i learned my lesson...from a mod taking action..its the only way they will get there point across......or they could just ban everyone.....if they didnt use the power given to them people would walk alll over them as if they had no power.....this topic should have been closed a long time ago :angry: :angry:

I have no idea why your siding roll, as you dont know all the facts yourself! Most of the spamming rest has done wa edited either by Kingy or by Himself! So there-fore we cant see why he was put on his 3 day ban.
I could point out to you when he was spamming but now its just leaded to warning to not spam!
And did he listen to these comments....no of course not, thats why we have this topic.

Windrossa: Yes, I have my reasons. I have warned him MANY times, and he didn't listen. So I showed Nferno the "evidence" of Restavegeta spamming, and he deserved it. We are now showing people that we are SERIOUS about people spamming and acting like idiots. And I'll tell you someone, I'm definatly not standing for spamming, I hate it. You may accuse me of being a "crap mod" or w/e, but I know i'm not. What I do is right.

Roll: I act how I want to act. I have a "grumpy" attitude, you have your sweet and kind attitude. I can be nice, but in situations like this, I am VERY grumpy.

well said king , i agree with u 100% about spamming...and resta had it coming he was posting about 40 post per day, if not more....and would reply to things that have already been answered or answer with a..lol..probably just to get more stars...lol

well looking at all this pages...you ppl are bitching and complaining about the wrong guy...it said banned by Kingryu1 BUT only admins can BAN someone...Kingryu did warn him MANY and i mean many times...i see things you ppl can't which are logs and edited posts showing their true posts before being edited...and Kingryu came to me and told me he warn this person many times...so i saw the logs and what did i see...exactly what he said. SPAMMING. i have no time to goto all the sections of this forums cause i'm to busy activating VIP accounts on the forum like *Windarossa* here...Kingryu did nothing wrong and is not to blame...i WILL be banning many ppl from now on if i see any SPAMMING of the sort and i don't care if your VIP or whatever...i went soft on the guy and made it 3 days...it should of been longer but i made it 3 days cause it's his 1st ban...VIP's are VIP's which is also why it wasn't so harsh...if it were to be a normal member it would be a week. another VIP who was banned or should i say is on probation is vipman4evr. sure hes VIP but i gave him a week ban cause he not only spams on the forum but the game it's self. i warn him many times and if you DON'T listen to be that NO good...nowback on to our victim...he 3 day ban is up and he was unbanned a few hours ago by me...

ok that's pretty much all i can say for now cause i got other things to do...and i see many of you are emailing TMyApp when it's not neccesary.

from now on only EMAIL TMyApp for in game password changes and termination issues..all other situations goto ME at Nferno666@hotmail.com and i'm SERIOUS about this...any email that is sent to TMyApp which is not conserning ingame passwords and terminations will either be deleted or never get an answer. For forum password changes that can goto any admin on the forum but it's best to leave TMyApp alone and do UPDATES instead of having him read hundreds of email which some1 else can answer...

After reading all of these posts, I realize what ??!?? you really are (Saijin, Nferno666, KingRyu1, Resident Evil, MSI, and company). The partial judgement and biased inclinations in this forum are outstanding and I have had enough.

OVER FORTY POSTS PER DAY??!?!?! Insane exaggeration. I wasn't close to half of that.

MANY WARNINGS?!?! You should have discussed this over the pms, KingRyu1, but you didn't. And you should have left my original posts there instead of editting and erasing them. If you were so condifent they were spam you should've left them there for all to make their judgement. And last time I checked KingRyu1, you said you considered spam to be over 5 posts per day. I saw the whole forum had over 5 posts per day.. warn them. Pip99 seems to evade all these warnings in some miraculous way... I will have to ask him for his secret.

BTW... what it says in the "??!??" is up to you and clearly open for interpretation. So, don't even start.

For all of you big shot Mods.. don't worry about me anymore. I will seldom post on this ruined forum. I thank everyone who wasn't afraid to come forward and point out KingRyu1's undeserving leadership.

what DON'T you get about me being able to view the original posts in the 1st place...i can access ALL and i mean all your posts and clearly see that about 50% of them WERE spamming...and i got rid of 70 posts since those posts were infact just plain spamming...as for pip yes he also is starting to be a SPAMMING which i will deal with if needed...i got nothing aggainst you or anyone else but the rules on this forum have not been enforce and now it's time for me to add that to my things to do list with everything else i do everything...YES roll this means less sleep than usual now

Ive been here for ages yeah ive got respect so just shut up ####.

With the most respect to all mods and admins, All you do is defend kingryu1 saying that you have SEEN these horrible spammings done by Restavega, but none of you have presented me with any PROF!
You tell me you have looked in to this personally and than you conveniently mention howbusy you are to actually copy and paste these spams! If you did search for Restavega's spamming and found it, than you shouldn't have too much of a problem finding it again and pasting it right here to end this for good, but wait you can't, can you, because you happen to erase it for no reason!.
Restavega had a maximum of 10 posts per day! And if kingryu had bothered to answer one of Restavega's PMs, he would have known that Restavega was injured and stuck at home. AND Restavega DID tone down his posting after the warning, even though he knew he didn't spam! He couldn't understand Kingryu's reasoning for these irrational warnings, but ones again kingryu was conveniently BUSY to reply! The fact is, you saying you saw the spaming doesn't guarantee you did! But why is it always so conveniently erased ? or you being oh so conveniently busy?
so the answer is yes, i do have a mod on my mind who abuses their power!
