ok, well Saijin Im posting now...Can you make me a banner and matching 64x64 avatar, both animated.

Info:
For my avatar, use this pic and make my name keep blinking like every 3 secs, make the bg and color whatever you think is best, everything else is up to you...Heres the pic.
