This is so wack.

While I faced Blanka09 he gave me the runaround for an hour. I asked if Kinseb could observe the match and he abliged... then suddenly while fighting Blanka09's Ryu with my Akuma, I nailed half his health down at the beginning of the match with my air fireball special... THEN SUDDENLY SYNC LOST.

Then he picked Ryu.. and I made a drastic move and picked Sent.... suddenly the game couldn't load! And when I rehosted, he picked Spidey instead of Ryu. How ridiculous is that...

Then I picked Sent against his spidey and we double ko'd. Then the next round I won. I was so excited. Then... 3rd round... sync lost. My momentem crushed... Then we rehosted and I lost.

Everytime I had the upperhand in the match the sync would be lost. This is so gay. I should've knowblanka09 would pull every dirty move out of the book to try and win. Took us an hour all together to complete our match do to him. Kid was putting me to sleep.

I am not asking for a retake, hell no. I'm just trying to put the word out that this guy, Blanka09, is hosting a tournament that he will do everything not to lose. I guess it was random that he got the first match and third match host too. ;)

of course man.. he is hosting one of the BIGGEST tournys.. so of course he's gonna be dirty... i was beating him with my chun..and then sync lost...and a pathetic excuse. this in a random game btw..not many ppl would think it coz of his ' sweetheart' posts.. but he's a sore loser.. =/ sum1 like tarkan has to observe the matches..

sorry to be blunt.. just stating the facts. =/

I personally think if their is a sync lost the opponent should get the win, but the thing is the opponent can say u synced out cos when they disconnect from the internet the same sign comes up about the sync being lost, so therefore they can take a screenshot of that, so its a no win situation, this regularly happens in clan battles. but their are genuine cases where they lost sync not in PURPOSE, u can tell its not in purpose due to the health difference (i.e both yours and your opponents health are similar).

That's something I'm not sure we'll be able to do at this point in time... why?? Cause we have about 11 hours and 53 minutes before the next round begins. It'll be virtually impossible to pair you up with some annonymous user waiting for his/her opponent.. cause it'll take more time and make the tournament drag.

Just don't worry about it... we're sure that the next round would pull in more fighters.. and more show ups. The whole adrenaline and what not that caused the no shows to register would have faded.. and it's those who seek battle that would go through. :biggrin:

TarkanX.. now you see why I say this is not going to be as successful as any of Zing79's TOC tournaments? Sorry to say man but damn I just wish their something that can be done to actually get 100 members to actually fight.

The biggest point I am trying to make is that there will be no more *big tournaments* anymore.

This is my suggestion. If 2 people who were to fight each other did not bother to even post here. advance the person with the best rank to the next round. Then try and get him to play the second round.

Whatever. I lost my round but I keep checking out this topic for i can get a nestimate on when your tournament should end.

lol and for some reason I am actually rooting on you Tidus2k2 to win the tournament. We need some veterans to stay active on the forum and if you win the tournament I think that should make you a little more active. We have not fought in a long time. email me for we can fight.
