Go to the first page , and read the rules before you ask for a banner. Because.. Seems like you didn't..

Second of all, if you're a VIP, and you want your VIP status in the forum. Email info@streetfighteronline.com, and inform him that you're a VIP on the game; you want your perks in the forum, too (you need some kinda proof, go in the game, and take a screenshot of you in the game as a VIP).

If you don't know how to take screenshots, I think you should go here..
