Ermm....drinking age is 21 in the US...both buying and drinking.

Unless your canadian, in which case, the drinking age is 18...but you'd be able to buy it already.

Unless you're from some other country where the drinking age is 19....not real sure.

21? omg thats nasty what are young people in america suppose to do until then, can you still get into clubs and shizz? New Zealand is 18 and even that feels a bit steep. =/

o man im 13 and i goto parties with beer.(i dont drink though..its lame lol) in the us its so easy to get ur hands on beer and ciggerates...might as well be 13 to drink...and im in catholic school so it goes from pre-k to 8th and there was a 10 year old kid in 5th grade drinking beer in the bathroom and he got caught...the sickening part is his dads a cop..and he only got suspened for 5 days..should have been expelled
