This is really sad, you guys are so uneducated it's not even funny. Hmm let me see, a big asteroid that will hit earth and have the power of 20 hiroshima bombs. WOW that is one strong asteroid, have you ever been taught anything in the field of science, atomic bombs or hydrogen bombs, my guess is no because if you knew then you would know that we have nukes and warheads that have the strenght of 100x a Hiroshima bomb. You guys ever heard of Tae-PO-Dong-2 well thats a nuclear warhead that North Korea created which has enough power to take out half of Asia if ever dropped. Now as for that Asteroid, well depending on where it falls, it will decide how much damage will be done. If you live in the U.S and it hits China then you will feel the wave of the impact, and the wave will have a magnitude of 6.0 or less. That kind of power can just have enough power to do damage to houses or old apartment buildings.

So what I would like to tell you guys is just chill out because if you knew anything you would know that that stupid ittle thing won't hit us. Well if you guys ever do research you would find these things out. It was set to hit on march 21st 2014(my birthday) but after more observations NEA has concluded that the asteroid will not make impact with earth.

Now on to bigger things, if an asteroid had to ever hit earth, don't chicken out because to tell you the truth it will be a quick and painless death. If it is something like the one that hit earth 65 million years ago returns just make sure your 1 km away from the epicenter of the impact, that way you won't feel a thing.

Well tidus hate to break your balls,but don't you recall the 21 asteriods that hit Jupiter......I recall my teacher saying 3 of those asteriods could've turned the earth to pebbles.

(But as much as I hate to admit it your right I find it unlikely that the earth would be distroyed by 1.......anyway This is a random insanity topic.)

Well yes that is true those asteroids that made impact with jupiter all had enough power to take the planet out, but jupiter took the hit for us.
