Usually they let those big gifs slide unless people start complaining.

why would they complain about a gif?

There is a size limit to howbig your banner can be. These days, everyone breaks that size limit but since it doesn't bother anyone and no one ever goes too far past the limit, it's okay.

LoL i dunn even noe how to make a banner or to put 1 in my account.. lol im sooooo stupid that i dont even noe how to put my own custon avatur in,accually it dosent let me...........
