Though I've not seen too many chunli-users. I've have to say hotsexi chic is one of them for the most part. She ranks atleast top 5. She trys hard and plays fair. I know this because I've played her some when I go to see how the game is running. Dang too bad pip99 is up there otherwise I would voted for hotsexi chic.
