dont say that about him he's an army men and i like him for that so dont descend him cause of what he is looking cause he fight like #### when i play with him and my friend and i can beat anyone with him he's simply cool !

hey, charlie does not react as fast as guile and can be easily countered.... also yesterday i realized guile voice in the game has changed (cuz i havent played much)
