Hey just because marvels out doesnt mean you have to take the entire site down why not just have street fighters? and if you dont then tell me how to do it i got a server

it was kinda wrong of them closein the sites down and they were gettin more fans to then marvel just screw it up. I guess all marvel think of is time and nothin more and i guess they dont care bout its fan. if the marvel really think of this way the tmyapp were helpin the marvel becuz more people cam eand became fans and as they became fans they bought more marvel product= for the marvel to get more time but i geuss that they goin have to lose more time if they close this site down

it said that if u want to keep the site switch it up a little bit like the names of the characters and the name then marvel couldnt say nething and if capcom wanted to say sumn they couldnt either

I dont wish to capitalize of project x's misfortune but with no place to fight besides killera (which sux) there has to be another fighting site. This fighting site is currently being built it will be based upon street fighter alpha 3 however I need to know How did the owners of this site get the funding to pay for the massive amount of people on this site?

The shut down really sucks, especially for the programmers. Perhaps, in the future, someone will use that engine and just modify the characters. Then Marvel can't take any legal actions ....

Marvel will most likely still blame us for modelling our new characters on theirs..

Check this.. if TMyApp decides to recreate the characters.. just by modifying them a little with new clothes and best of all a new name.. then puts under his site all characters in this site are original and do not possess the features and characteristics of any fiction or nonfictional character.. Any exception is purely COINCIDENTAL.. :biggrin: .. . .. </p>

It's gone. Wow. I honestly can't believe it. Copyright infringement. As if we all didn't know these were marvel characters. As if we were selling the marvel name. Copyright infringement, even if its free? (Sigh) Well, here goes....

above all, to TMyApp and all the administrators. I feel just awful thinking that you guys spent so much time on this, only to be crushed, no negotiation, "not interested". Dont you think, considering this is one of the most played sites on the Internet, this is huge advertising for the company....either way, thank you all, truly, for your dedicated work and insight. Hours of slaving, programming, and ultimately your perseverance to please the mostly ungrateful and bitter crowd that were your "fans" has truly shown me that you all deserve to go places and achieve your dreams. Hmmf, what a turn of events. But, who knows, maybe an onslaught of complaints will backlash Marvel into allowing this site to run. I mean, usually, things have such a strange way of turning around......(we thought the dream died last time too, although i do concede this is a little worse). We'll see....what happens happens.....I'm sure some1 knows some1 who'll know what to do (but if not, thank you anyway, good luck, have fun, keep programming, maybe a spin-off, eh?). Later.
