some times it feel like its pain from the rain deep in side my head deep in side
i do so cry and that the rain is the tears i shed but then i look up at u and
all the storm with in me go away to rain anther day
that the day i wish that cause last the most i no it cant come true i no i miss u
and the rain comes back
deep in side i have that hope that it will go away again but this time never
come back but when i see ur reflection
in the rain i no that its going to shine just the same
i wait in side my house looking out
wondering when u come once again
to use that smile once more its all the more make me explode from waitin g
to see that glow in ur eyes makes the stars twinkle and the moon shine
as i wait 4 ur return i die alittle deep in side lusting 4 more ofur presents
as my heart go away deep in darkness not even trusting its shadow
but only ur light shining shows the way that saves me from my sorrow

Put it this way.. A poem is the easiest way of actually posting what you feel.. without letting others know how you feel.. :biggrin: .. I'm not one to post how I feel for the whole world to see.. and besides, I'd enjoy it more if 2 or 3 ppl know how I truely feel

but with a poem.. they see the mixture of words and the rhyming.. but never actually get a good peak at ur soul :biggrin: .. only a gifted few can actually do that.

i always no ur here in my heart but
at the same time im wishing 4 some
thing i can not have.. when i do i feel the
pain and it makes me want to die just so i can
feel again but always know that i know your there
even if it is or is not for me...your my happness and my sadness cause when your here you give me a smile
but at the same time you give me my tears ...
when u say good bye or when u say i love anther and
its not ur mother but were friends and at lest we are happy
...yes its ture but it dont hurt to want more

hmm..here's a sonnet...i wrote it for a school contest...it's about autumn...my favorite season...

nature's display

the majestic blue sky and the gentle heat of the sun,
cold nights, adorn the woody hills with hundreds of colors,
tints of yellow, shades of orange, and hues of red that stun,
the breathtaking views of autumn among the hilly course.

the evergreen and cedar trees turn into fiery red,
the beech and maple trees with their wonderful o fering,
of garlands of scarlet flowers, like roses on a bed,
the breathtaking views of autumn, colors ever changing.

crisp leaves of red, orange, and yellow that gracefully fall,
that flap and flutter like hundreds of golden butterflies,
like pieces of a puzzle, when into the ground they fall,
the breathtaking views of autumn that deeply tantalize.

the time of autumn is a lively, wonderful season,
with breathtaking views that astound with a thousand reasons.

Holy poop...i was diging through my garage yesterday right? Lookin for my skateboard helmet. When what do i find??? My FIRST ever poetry scrap book! I havent seen this thing in about 2 years. I started it when i was about 14. Well im 20 now. And there are still plenty of empty pages in the thing. Im pretty excited about this. Anyway, here is my fav poem i found in the book. Me and my first girlfriend wrote this together. I wrote half and she wrote half. And it came out pretty damn good. (Dont tell the rap/hip hop community what i am about to tell yall.) but after reading this poem for the first time in like 4 years. It had me in tears. Anyway, here it is.

These tired lips will speak once again
Of so many years spent, cherished, lost.
These years of laughter, years of joy. Back when tears were shed over broken toys.
Now replaced with broken lives, broken homes, broken hearts, broken bones.
Life so bittersweet in these memories held in me heart.
staring back into my eyes, this shattered reflection of the child i once was, and always wished to be.


These things we dont understand.
Rambling madly over traces of my broken past.
I'll smash the mirror, where i stand.
Only to ask myself how i sunk so low so fast.
Looking back as if saying goodbye.
Trying not to believe the lies once told.
Innocence left in a shambles.
Scrambling for the pieces.
With no hope to reassemble.
The broken child. Cold and dead inside.
We'll look to the future for answers.
but our past will never die.




She wrote the top part, i wrote the bottom. Enjoi.

Note: One thing we both had in common was the fact that our parents were divvorced around the same time. Right before we met each other. I still talk to her. After reading this poem i called her and i might go see her tomorrow for the first time in almost a year! =P oh wait, no...wait, actually i visited her at her house a few months ago when she was feelin kinda sad. =/ i miss that girl.

The heavens spread wide open over our heads
The soft sweet smelling grass our beds
The gentle brushing of wings like kisses upon or cheeks
The soft melody of buzzing the lullaby that sings us to sleep
Dreaming of ever lasting peace
Where no mothers weep
And sons lie in bed and not in an open field of the dead
With no markings upon our resting place
No remembrance of our fall from grace
Like garbage we litter countryside
Our last thought mother please don't cry
We have the flies here to sing us our lullaby
As we dift off into ever lasting peace. . .

i know something's missing in my world
i'm getting tired of searching everywhere
