first of all: stop calling pple monkeys, thats one reason why ur getting flamed.

second: u betta check urself and stop callin me boy cause i older than u.

third: if u got nothing to say about science in this topic, please shut up. for once, think before u post and stop acting immiture with that "muahahahahahaha" crap. and show some damn respect.

and fourth: everyone just back off for a while, if u leave the kid alone, he leave us alone.

i am getting tired of being the peacemaker. next time i let this topic get lock, from this point on, i dont care anymore about the bitching and $hit.

you oaf of a contradiction. you do realize that the evolution and creation theories cannot both exist? unless god said "let there be life" and BANG there was life.

10. orion, thats so easy. its the right foot.

sby, i thought u were that smart. anyway, sum1 ask a question.

Nantuko Joe 01-21-2003 11:38 AM

Now for my 2 cents...

I think the creation theory is bullcrap...there was no god who waved his hands and in seven days and seven nights the universe was formed. There is EVIDENCE to support the Big Bang Theory. There is NO evidence to support creation...with the exception of a 2,000-year-old book of beliefs that actually PROVES absolutely NOTHING.

My theory is a variation of the big bang. There was a small ball of compressed particals that exploded and eventually over the course of trillions of earth years, it created the universe. The universe is still constantly expanding, but one day it will stop expanding and begin to do the reverse--start moving back towards the mysterious center of the universe (much like an elastic effect). Over the course of billions of years, the universe will fall back in on itself, and compress itself into a small ball of particles...which when small enough and heated enough, it will explode and create a new universe...and the process repeats infinitely.

That's how I believe our current universe was formed: there was a universe that existed before us that collapsed on itself and then exploded in what we know as a Big Bang.

SBYRD5 01-21-2003 11:43 AM

1.I might be wrong but I think it's Parallax,Cephieds.

Here is a question

1.What is the Doppler Effect?Explain your answer.....

SolidSnake76 01-21-2003 05:38 PM

do u know?

SBYRD5 01-22-2003 12:33 PM

Well....not exactly, but it is a measurment of distance in space, and it comes after light speed so yes I'm positive now.

1.So what constallations can we see now during this time of the year.(Just name a few

SolidSnake76 01-22-2003 01:33 PM

big dipper, orion.

u did say a few.

akuma_forever 01-22-2003 03:17 PM

[quote:post_uid0="wrestlemania"][i]The Big Bang Theory is the dominant scientific theory about the origin of the universe. According to the big bang, the universe was created sometime between 10 billion and 20 billion years ago from a cosmic explosion that hurled matter and in all directions.
