Trying to start poop gets you no place far here, Why can it get you no place far around here? There is no combo system in the game not to mention throws or air combos. Lag is way to high when you play the game, all you need to win at it is a fast computer.

So lets just say if you want we can always settel this the fair way over at ck-evolution.

Who cares if 2001 vets are good at the game? I know I'm not very great. The point of being a vet isn't that you're a good fighter. It's that you've been with the site and game for almost the whole of its existence. That's why I'm proud of being a vet.

Well I played the game back in 01, as was stated before. I didn't play it much in 01 but i did play it. I joined the forum because some one I care not to mention convinced me to do it. Now I like forums =/

I started playing in 2001 but i never made an account till i got my new pc in 2002. When the game was a demo and with my super super slow pc in 2001 it took like a whole 20 seconds to get a hadoken to move to the other end of the screen. I still remember when i was a #### and i used to get beaten like hell by evryone. When i played with my new pc tho i used to win quite more but i was cheap, very cheap with cyc. Damn those shoot outs with pip99 where tight but i always lost.

How am i even Coolkillas backed me up you not in any " place " thats all.

Once pepole become vet's it is not due to the titels they hold or there fighting skills. It is there experiance, yes yes, I know what you are going to say. Well, the only there are only at least 14 or 10 pepole from 2001 who still post on the fourm. Not to mention there is at the most 7 ofus who are not mods/admins.

So ya I say that the population rate of 2001 members went down a bit lol.

well, what would you expect from people to do ?
play the same old game for more then 2 years in a row ?

but i did expect some to actually come and visit us a few times during a year !
many have lives and it seems that these lives have taken all their free time, or if they do they seems not to give it a damn about this place !

i didn't really have a life for the last 2 years, maybe that's why i am still here !
kinda sad about it tho !

i been here since like dec 2002 or jan 2003..

i know alot about this games ! and im sure (100%) i will still be here in the future ! ppl: you will be seeing this name alot in the future ! i love this game...i found out something i can really enjoy and feel proud of myself :biggrin:

-play a couple of tag matches and 1on1

OMg, dubya tee eff is all the arguing about what you need to be to be considered a vet? Here it is plain and simple: a vet is anyone who was here when the game was first released. ex:TakanX, redmoon, token, selvin, Nferno666,Me, subzero,leftyfb, lordcyris,airlock, Zing79(###),ewalk,etc... so if you registered from august 2001 till like december you would be considered a vet.

Funny tho nowadays u don't get many mature law abiding users. I mean most of the new members who join her these days post crap to get their stars up. For example if someone posts to say something to someone, say offer help to the person, one of these people will just come and write the same thing or quote it saying "its true" or "good idea" or "he's right". Just pointless and worthless to the topics if youask me. No one used to that back when i was a ####.

Well i guess theres no official meaning to a vet except begin an old timer whose been active in this place for a while. Adn being a vet is nothing to do with playing the game, its how long you've been her not ifur good at the game or not. Anyway i don't and won't believe in a truly skilled player until lag gets completely destroyed.

No, it has every thing to do with how you act how can you possibly say that you can beat someone and truely mean it. Not trying to say you arnt a good fighter at sfo but, think about it with no combos how can you truely say it is how you play the game. If someone beats you on sfo 99% of the time it was due to lag.

So you can't judge someone by there fighting skills, due to lag also there are no combos but 1 or 2 that you can pull off in the game. Then when I fight someone on fba or a emulater and I losse, I can truely say that they beat me fair and square. That is because, there is hardly any lag, every char. is availeble to use and the biggest part there are throws and combos.

So the only way to judge some one is by there post,

no man uve got me all wrong i dont mean it by skill i meant it like if youdont rank hunt and cheat for rank (free wins..)...it does count on how u play the game u dont see any vets getting 100 free wins...lol well as goes for the way u act what do u mean by that...
