Aight people. You wanted to know who mastaq aka Dark Masta is. Im feeling good right now. So Im gonna try and keep this in the best order that I can. I can remember a lot about other people. but I cant remember much about my time here. Except all the friends Ive had. So here we go. I started playing this game back in mid-March 2002. Thanks to my brother Dark_Warrior07. If it wasnt for him I wouldnt be the figure in this community that I am now. When I first started playing. I looked at the top 10. I first sought out all the top rankers. At first I cared for rank. Then some time after it didnt matter. The highest rank Ive attained to this day would be 3. I first fought a bunch of ####!es. Then I got my butt handed to me by one TarkanX. I had respect for him from the start, no doubt about it. My next loss to a vet would be from Nferno666. My computer I had back then was a lag monster. He beat me the first round. The second round I won because of extreme lag. The 3rd round I found out how to use the lag to my advantage to beat him. but I didnt take that route. I accepted that he was better than me. And I let him beat me. Because with that lag at the time he far surpassed me. Around some time in April me and Zeroena became friends. Soon to be friends with Roll. Along with other people like Thug_Angel. but a good friend I havent seen in a while would be Ryan Conn. On April 3rd 2002 was my debut on the official forum. I was new to forums in general. Where as today I am pretty knowledgable with them. I started to act like a ####!e. but not too bad. AsshoIe started to befriend me and show me around. Then a week later was when, me and KidKrazySh!t would butt heads for the first time. I made a challenge to bLaCkRaNgEr. I tryed to take them over. When I first heard of clans. I tried to make my own at the official forum. Called the Hard Killing Machines. but it didnt do so well. So then I took on the Power Rangers myself. THis all was before I knew of SenshukenTaiKai mind you. So I beat bLaCkRaNgEr. but he wouldnt step down as leader. So I was ridculed by KKS and a few others. I naturally defended myself and all other ####!es at this point. Me and Zeroena began a short lived crusade to help out our fellowbrethren. All was new to me at this point in time. I tried to make a name for myself in the servers over the coming weeks. At the middle of May 2002. I was decently known. I was starting to post at SenshukenTaiKai pretty actively. I was already the co-leader of the famed Dark Knights. We were a force to be reckoned with. Me, tupac2westsider(in his prime), !(DARKVIRUS)! aka Da Prototype aka (((Virus))), Shinjuko aka 2000warrior, and a few others I cant remember at the current time. By this time around people were so psyched out about the coming SoF(Survival of the Fittest) Tourney hosted by Lordcyris and AsshoIe. This out of any tourney to date had the most signups. This tourney had the potential to be the best tourney ever. but do to poor management of it. It failed. This is where the Weekly Tournies started. TarkanX officially started them. but MVC2Sucks came up with the idea months earlier. Not many tournies went down at the time. So me and 2000warrior started talking about starting a few. He made his CCF(Chun Li Cat Fight) tourney. Which I really appreciated. Because I mainly use Chun Li. but sadly due to family reasons I had to drop out early. My first round opponent was SBYRD5. He gave me a good match. but in the end I took the win, and advanced. SBYRD thanks for the great match bro. By July I had brought my only tournement to date out. The Brawl for All. The fastest completed tourney to date. It only took 3 hours to hold the tourney. In the end it was Lancer_PX and Strider42. Good games with them both. but in the end Strider42 took the win. Around the end of July I became a mod at SenshukenTaiKai. When Dan Hibiki and itssounfair held auditions for mods. They told me personally I was their top pick. This made me very happy. This is where I started my Academy for ####!es. It wasnt a great success but I did what I needed to do. I helped out a few people. Around early August I got made an Admin at Senshuk. but that was short lived. Because on August 26th 2002 SenshukenTaiKai forum was officialy closed by Zing79. Then on September 9th 2002. The infamous site known as Battle Grounds was born. This was my greatest moment in the history of my prescence in this community. I had saved the clans. More so I should say. Me and KKS saved the clans. J-Luna as well helped us. but there after I took full control of maintaining BG. This was a golden age for clans. Though BG went threw some down time. Many forum changes. I have finally reached a state of accomplishment with BG that Im happy with. A month later the game went down for the first time. October 8th 2002 was a milestone for XvsSF. Then people readily offered to help pay for maintaining the game. So that the many thousands of other users could still enjoy the game for free. Me, Darkvirus, viper2040, and many others where the first on the scene. With all the people that helped out we were able to get the game back on its feet. There on in things where looking good for me. This time around November 2 years ago, I bought paid hosting and a domain for BG. Things couldnt be better. BG was doing better than expected. I had to continually upgrade hosting plans for BG. but with no doubt in my mind would I stop there. I didnt care about the amount of money I spent. just so long as I brought people happiness. but then on New Years Day night I was in a horrible car accident. In short.. My aunt told her kids to go to my house. Which was 4 minutes walking distance from the scene of the accident. Then she fled the scene. And left me for dead. I almost died. but as soon as I was in the Intensive Care Unit. I begged the nurses for a laptop. I got one.but after I told my mom to take money out of my checking account and buy me one of my own. I was so badly hurt. I had one arm bandaged up. While I typed with the other. Im sorry for my arrogance. but I consider myself a die hard fan of this community. I will do anything within my power to keep it going. As TarkanX once said, I am dedicated to this game until the end.. And he couldnt be anymore right. Ive been involved with this community for well over 2 years, almost 3. I cant help but support it. No matter what Ill always be in this community. Ill always have TMyApp,NoSoul4Evr, and KidKrazyshit's backs. They have helped me more times than I can count. From there on in. My legacy in this community is history. All you people know who I am and know how I act. Now I must give a shout out to all my friends that I know in this community. Sorry if I miss you, but if I miss you. Your not active anymore. Shout outs to Sportschick 155. Girl you've been a good friend too me for a while. Unknown2002, you had my respect and I had yours. Quass though we had a beef for a while. Tupac2westsider and DarkVirus you 2 guys have been like bros to me. but you guys I have let down on 2 occasions and Im dearly sorry for that. You know Im making it up now. If you were trying to say that the people who should post their history are the fighters who beat the "famous" people are really the famous one....lol....that makes no sense. Because being a well known person in SFO doesnt have to be about your fighting rep, it can be about anything (GFX, Personality, Funniest...etc) Back to my point, if some one beat that "famous" fighter, I bet you $10000 some one beat that unfamous person but at the same time he lost to the famous person. Lol!! I hope you got what I am saying, so eventually it will just be a cycle of whos better than who...when it will end up no where. :)

[color=#000000]First of all, I'd just like to say that, if you don't know who the hell I am, it's probably because you don't visit Battle Grounds. I make an average of like 2-4 posts here a year, so i don't expect you PX people to know me very well. =/

With that being said, my history:

I began playing XvsSF somewhere around October of 2001, and like many of you, I had no idea what a forum was. So naturally, PX forum confused the piss out of me. Besides, it looked waaay different back then O_o. I can't recall how many of the fights i fought turned out back then, but, needless to say, i sucked just as bad as everyone else did. I remember hadoukens being extremely hard for me to learn at first. I sat there wondering how the hell I could do it so well on a damn console, but could barely get Ryu to shoot one out online. Besides that, there were some freaky ass rules. I remember that, while you were doing a super, you could still throw out your helper, thus magnifying the damage. Oh, and who could forget the lobby music "powerwithin", and our old friend Barney. I miss that lovable bastard. The one memorable fight I had back then, that i can remember, is of course what we all would. When some guy named TarkanX challenges you to a fight, and you suddenly see that "1st Place Champion" poop come up. Then you think, "uh-oh", and your ass gets plastered (and ranks didn't show up on your name when you entered the chat back then, which made it a lot more easier to get ass-kicked by someone good). Ouch. Lesson learned.

Around January of 2002, I suppose it was, I started hearing about the rise of clans. Now, let's not forgot i had no idea what the forum was for still, so I had no way of joining one. Eventually, though, I did join, but had very little to do with the forums still. Sometime around around May, I believe it was, I had the pleasure of fighting a person, who, I guess you could say was sort of a tyrant. dark-link. Surprisingly, I had beat him in our match. I thought he was pissed at me because of it, and hated me. Much to my surprise, though, he invited me to join his clan, Chaos Core. I joined under the name "MacDougall", a name long forgotten, I'm sure. Fortunately, it was only a temporary switch. At the time, I had gotten bored with my original name =/.

Chaos Core suddenly became the greatest thing about XvsSF. I had the pleasure of befriending some of the greatest fighters of that time, such as georgepong, Strider42, Blaze985, Zyerx, iTALY, xfaderx, AngelWings, DcMaX, and etc. As far as clan battles went, we were undefeated, and the large group of individuals who wanted in couldn't have been higher. After a while though, clan battles slowed down a bit because of Senshuk's destruction.

When Battle Grounds was created by mastaq and The Shiz, I think i can remember either Zing or Quass talking some poop about it. That didn't bother me, though (or anyone else, really). I thought it was great. Clan battles again, woo hoo O_o. And I think it was around this time that I actually met KidKrazyshit. Sure, I had played him before, but never really talked to him. We were matched against each other in a tournament (unfortunately, i can't remember which one. I know that Hardcore18/CaSe won it, though. =/). Aanyway, I remember it being pretty funny. Our schedules kind of conflicted, so it was hard for us to battle. He ended up calling me a little kid, or something, lol. To this day, I still can't remember how we even became friends O_o. Maybe by the miracle of alcohol, who knows =P

Good times came and went of course, and so did BG. Does anyone remember how many different BGs we've had? Seriously =/ (and sometime during then, I was tied with mastaq in the "greatest fighters of all time" vote in the PX forum. ). Anyway, with the clans coming and going, and CC still at large, the times couldn't have been better. Until near the end of XvsSF of course, when our clan underwent a huge change. As many of you well know, Chaos Core and Dark Knights combined to produce Chaos Knights. The merger was okay for a while; in fact, our very own AngelWings even made a few cool clan-related comics (feel free to ask me if you're ever interested in seeing them =P). However, good times would cease to last, as XvsSF DID eventually fall, and hence marked the ending of CK as well. At the same time, my best online buddy at the time, dark-link, decided to end our friendship, as well as his friendship with some of his other online buds (to this day, i still am not fully sure why). In its time alive, CK had only a total of 2 battles, and both of them were wins. Chaos Core, before it merged, had a total of 18 wins and 0 losses (and we won clan wars once). The clan retired with the best record ever achieved, and hence was named best ever to grace the community of
