alright... 2 reasons why this might happen:

1: he might be a VIP member (but may not be seen as a VIP char on your end)... something that i touched upon in the "Normal ryu does rd" thread of this section... (in which case he is probably a VIP Akuma doing the level 1 "raging demon" move of his)

2: you might be extremely lagged... at which point the game has to drop packets in order to catch up ... (basically, you were the two of you were SO lagged, that you "missed" the other guy getting up to level 3)

solution ?? .. clear u'r browser cache and restart the computer to make sure you know who is a VIP and who is not (only if you are having this problem, for most people, the game should auto-update this info) ... and don't play laggy players

if number 1 is the case then why is it that it takes the full level 3 rd effect on damage? :biggrin: this bug only happened to me when fighting Dark_Onimusha... and when blanka fought him he did it to him aswell...but the kid never did want to addmit he was doing "something"

How about we run IP Checks with a certain fellow... I could provide all the info later on :biggrin:

My guess is that the situation doesn't end at the point where the packets are lost... somehow, it's translated to a level 3 Raging demon by the time the level 1 or whatever level of Rd gets to us. I mean, shin akuma's Raging demon usually.. doesn't take 70% of my health bar :biggrin:

so all in all we have solved..... nothing.... other than TMyApp saying it was "lag" or the common glitch where u dont see the vip version ofur opponent on the screen..... and Nferno666 says its happend to him vis Dark_onimusha..... and blanka09 is now "looking" into another player..... so basicly.... we dont really have any proof of this ... i sugest we use the game recorder and see what it says.... but as far as dark_onimusha is conserned... i actually am very good friends with him so he is also in my clan so i will "talk to him one on one and find anything out... i highly doubt he is capable of "cheating" his computer knowledge isnt that great .. trust me :plain: he really is not computer inclined .... any way i still suggest sopme one get it on game recorder and then we can solve it from there.... :biggrin:
