I have that game on my pc.
Beat it a million times, expecially saving the girl everytime, named Alysia Cyan or something?...
Anyways, the last boss....
That old dude with the smoking pipe. He isn't that hard after you learn the secret of beating him in a little time. And having the yellow thing coming up the girl only halfway.
The secret though, I'll give you a hint, has to do with the switch before you get up on second level after you start the fight. Like in the middle of the two levels.
My dad showed me this game on Genesis when I was young.
First he played and went to the last boss.
Then he would go on above where the girl was trapped, and would fight there with the old dude a.k.a. Mortus.
Then again, I did that technique over and over and let the girl drown, since I didn't have enough time. My curiousity took over me one day, then I stumbled on the switches' effects.
Blast fire coming out from the jets on the bottom level.
The boss was on the bottom when I pressed the switch.
He got hit, then yelled loudly in pain, like some kind of monster.
After a few times of flipping the switch, hitting Mortus, he suddenly came on his knees and was destroyed.
The last part, with the flying deadly rats, (Forgot what they were called.) is really easy. Kick them twice in the air.....
When you're finished beating up the boss with the jets on the bottom level, and have defeated the flying rats afterward, a switch will appear by the chamber the girl is kept in.
Flip that, and the girl is free!! Then the whole place explodes, you go back into the real world... blah blah blah. All that stuff.
This isn't some cheat I found! But it works good. I did it too many times already, but that game never gets old.
Back to the old days... *takes out old genesis and snes.*

yah, the megaman games were crazy.......... I still play them...... Killer Instinct was crazy.........people didn't like the fact that I could always break their combos.....and always beat them with ultimates or ultras......... Cinder, Orchid, Combo, Eyedol were my favorites.........

the one pip99 showed is the AMERICAN one !

the JAPANESE ONE was not like this !

only two ever existed, one for americas countries and the other for the rest of the world !
i like the design of the american one better tho !
