well let me c, how many ofugirls instead have the hots for some anime guy? even tho i gotta admit, i use to think some of these dudes were hot until i went out with my bf.

Well, to be honest, it's not the fact that it was a video game character that he was looking at that disgusted me. It's just that he makes it seem like that's all he was looking for in the first place. That's what disgusts me: People who just look for body appeal in another person.

Also, I'm interested in Furry art. They're so CUTE!; and some can actually be handsome or beautiful if you give it some time to sink in. In fact, Furry artistry is what accidentally dragged me into being with who I love. ^-^ His character is a furry character; and I like furries, so I started bugging him to tell me about his character so I could try to draw it. Needless to say, it didn't come out very well (I need work in the furry department) but I'm gonna draw him someday, and love it all the more. I swear it.

Anthropromorphic drawings of animals that have fur. This includes animals, like wolves, lions, tigers, dogs, cats, rabbits, birds (though they're not furry, they're feathery so they get put into this category), etc. You'll see a lot of furry characters in video games, and plenty of anime series' will have them. There are also scalies, which are basically the same concept; except with animals that have scales. Get it? ^-^

It's sort of the same concept. The only difference is that the furry usually tends to be Furry all over, with the animal head, ears, and tail, and maybe hind legs for normal two legs, like humans. In fact, furry's are almost completely human-like; just.. with fur, animal body parts (like the ears, tails, mouth, nose, etc), and so on. Some good examples are characters like Fox McCloud and Falco Lombardi; then there's Tiga from Breath of Fire 2, ditto Rand, and then you can add Felicia from Darkstalkers to the list as well. You should also see Road Rovers, Disney cartoons that feature animals with human qualities, and Jon Talbain. ^-^; Believe it or not, Furry was an original part of Anime.
A lot of furry artists, btw, are into drawing many MANY different themes of furry; ranging from cutesy stuff to horrific ugly beasts that look like they're ready to kill. Then there are g-rated arts, going to NC-17, and sometimes all the way up to R for gore and sexual content. It's all in the artist's passions, though; and the more.. yiffy stuffusually serves as a reminder that the artist has had a relationship, or just to show that it is possible between who the furries represent. I don't look at that stuff, mind you; but I did read that once on a web site by a very sloppy artist. He has good thoughts though.

---Oh, and I forgot this: Siren and Ifrit from the f games are also considered furry. So are Kimahri, RedXIII(oddly enough), Madeen(ff9 summon), Sasquatch(ff6), Moomba's, and pretty much any eidolon, summon, gf, etc. that looks almost totally human except for some differences in body features.
