Dude she is an outstanding ChunLi Fighter I'd say the best.

And has a very offical manner to herself.....seriousily her talents have gone unnoticed.

SBYRD5: LOL. Um.. just... look at your keyboard. See the "Ctrl" key??? See the "F" key?? Hit the Ctrl key, then press down the F key while still holding on the ctrl key. A window should pop up prompting you to put a search for a word/character/phrase.

Anyways, I don't know if she is the best Chun-li fighter, but I do know that she is an excellent fighter. I believe that she would truely apreciate it if you gave her a V.I.P. account and would not abuse it. AngelWings is a very nice person and I doubt that she ever meant to ignore you intentionally.
