Mooo1 & Vegetam: You're trying to tell him how to gain respect, and you're showing him the rules. I commend you for it, but you guys have to be a bit lighter. He is new, and you should know by now it is the behavior that he was talking about that is frustrating him. Help with that.

Oh, so now I think I am above him Roll. Then tell me why I told him what it is that is pissing people off if I am "above" him. I tried to help. And guess what, it is he that is not helping with HIS attitude. Like I said, he needs to think before he posts. Look at yourself Roll, your posts only encourage his foolish behavior. And yet YOU'VE been here for a long while, and your ALSO encouraging his behavior by doing it back! I swear it's like my cousin and brother. "He hit me!" "But SHE hit me first! I was just defending myself.." Will you guys take a reality check and think about how you're acting? True, I may have gone overboard and it is because that I have been here for a long time that things like this anger me and so I try to only help him see what he has and is doing wrong. It might not be the best way, sure, but it is a less direct way of encouragement than what you are doing Roll. Not trying to offend you in anyway.

The only thing we can do is give him time. It's like meeting wild animals. It takes a long time before they can trust you, or they'll trust you right off the bat if you can treat them how they wish to be treated. Until he gains the experience for this forum, he's going to be a bit harsh, or he'll just not trust anyone, as you should already know. It's like that one time I met that fox in New York... cute little thing.... *trails off into memory lane*
